A night before a flight
The hotel is difficult to find as the service road on which it is located has a weird access. The room was fine but could use new carpet and the entrance to rooms is like walking through a penitentiary. The staff was ok, but when we requested that a courtesy van driver pick us up from the rental car place so we could leave the car the night before vs. turning it in a 6:00 am, we were basically told no, we would have to return to the airport first and the driver would get us there. Not exactly what we wanted to hear after a long day's travel. The price was good.

Ive stayed at a number of hotels following my sons baseball career and this hotel is very comfortable, Ilike that you can have a drink at the bar and dine in at the same place, The staff was very nice and informed about the area.

very nice place to stay
This Hotel was very convienient close to the airport. Love the bar and the food, very nice staff, just need more toilettries in bathroom. Very clean room and comfortable.

Excellent stay for family
First time stay and will definitely would like to stay again. The room is spacious and very comfortable to stay with family with 4 or even 5 with kids. Close to airport and recommmend for other to stay especially on short duration.

Best Western Hotel
Average Hotel. OK for the location and price. It is in a good location near the airport. But was too far from downtown or anything in St. Louis. I would recommend a hotel near the central west end.

I'll stay there again
The Best Western Airport Plaza Inn in St. Louis was nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Continental Breakfast was one of the better I have experienced. Everything was fine and I would stay there again. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff knocking on the door at 7:50 in the morning following our first night. After that we put out the "Do not Disturb" sign.
