Very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with information that we requested for the local tourist attractions. The location was great, being right by the "main drag" for easy accessibility but not right on the noisy thoroughfare.

Perfect Location! Comfortable bed which is most important to me. Friendly staff. House keeping is a little slow but we got everything we needed. Nice to have a working refrig. and air in our room. This place looked like one of the nicest after driving around and seeing the others. We rented three rooms and celebrated Nana and Pops 80th Birthdays with the family. We only had the free breakfast twice out of 5 days. We enjoyed going out. So if you want a decent place with great value for the money and a great location close to all the main attractions this would be the place to stay. Thank You Staff for your advice, friendly conversations and use of your computer and printer.

Our favorite show was Six! Our favorite lunch/dinner place was Rocky's downtown. Second favorite was Shorty Smalls at the Branson Landing on the water.

Was in a good location, but they were short staffed and the rooms were not taken care of properly each day. Beds were not made well, towels/washcloths not picked up each day. Bath mat was folded up wet and replace back on the tub for us to use again. Trash was not emptied each day. Continental Bfast was nice. Need more seating, especially when as busy as they were.

OK, needs attention
The overall experience was fine, they need to work on the cricket problem in the rooms, the morning breakfast was good, it would be nice if the help wouldn't watch over you while you ate. Pool was nice and shaded from the hot afternoon sun.

great location,good deal
It's a very nice please to stay while in Branson,MO at a good price.There are many good restaurants and shopping malls just a couple of blocks away.The only thing i didn't like was the breakfast.

Great rooms and a great location
We stayed for two nights and visited about 5 showes while we were there, as well as lots of shopping at the various malls and the old dime store.
