Branson weekend

Our stay was fine. Our only real complaint was that the room had no refrigerator or microwave. We had to rent them for $5.00 a night for each. They were out of microwaves so we didn't get one. .Location was convenient. Thought it was fine as a base for the weekend. Liked the breakfast buffet with shuttle service that was included with the room.

Awful!!!

Let just say everything that is advertise on hotel website is a lie!!!! We called the front desk and they even admitted to it!! No elevator, 3 towels when the reservations were for 5 people, they tried to give us a pack and play that had dead bugs and spider webs hanging off of it for our child..Also they was a motorcycle group there and we were awoken by the roar of bikes at 6 A.M..We wished we would have spent the extra $20 a night and stayed up the road where we stayed last time..Worse Ramada we have ever stayed in..

If you want a dirty, buggy, smelly, moldly room this hotel is for you

We had 3 rooms for 3 nights. Night no towels told there was none was given 7 wash clothes to dry ourselves after showering. Bedding on pull out couch and bed was heavily soiled from previous guest and unchanged called and was given fresh sheets no blankets clean only sheets. While there was other issues towels and clean bedding should be a given hotel staff was less than helpful. The free breakfast served at the bar next door and gross.

Don't do it

Seemed like a good value. Pictures were great. Nasty when we got there. They put us in a smoking room and when we called to ask to be moved to another room, they insisted it was not a smoking room. It had ash trays and reeked of smoke. Finally they switched us but they were very rude. Next room was not clean. Showers were gross. Trash under the bed. Luckily we only booked one night. Don't book this room. You would be better off paying a little more money and staying somewhere else.

Be careful when booking here with the Or bitz

Overall this is a good hotel. We have stayed here several times in the past. It's an average hotel, not the best, not the worst. If booking through Or bitz, I would advise calling ahead to confirm reservation. When we arrived they had us in a double queen instead of the king we had booked. When I said that wasn't right, they said sorry but they were booked and had no kings. I showed them my reservation for a king and was told they didn't have one and that Or bitz would book rooms even if not available. I don't know if that is true or just an excuse. They wouldn't give me my money back since it was a prepaid room. When I complained that yes it was prepaid, for a KING, they said I could upgrade to a suite for an additional cost. Finally after more complaining, they gave me the suite at the same cost. So in the end it worked out, but it should have never come to that. BTW, the king suite is great ....
