When we stay at a hotel, we don't expect the shower curtain to be falling down and nails popping out of the walls in the bathroom. While the room itself was satisfactory and the staff friendly, The shoddy repair work in the bathroom is completely
unacceptable. I have stayed here before, but will not return to this property.
Great experience. Friendly staff, clean and everything in order . Brought the grand kids age 6 and 8 and they liked the pool and playground .. Also the complimentary breakfast buffet at Dick Clark Cafe was a hit !
Our stay was fine. Our only real complaint was that the room had no refrigerator or microwave. We had to rent them for $5.00 a night for each. They were out of microwaves so we didn't get one. .Location was convenient. Thought it was fine as a
base for the weekend. Liked the breakfast buffet with shuttle service that was included with the room.
Let just say everything that is advertise on hotel website is a lie!!!! We called the front desk and they even admitted to it!! No elevator, 3 towels when the reservations were for 5 people, they tried to give us a pack and play that had dead bugs
and spider webs hanging off of it for our child..Also they was a motorcycle group there and we were awoken by the roar of bikes at 6 A.M..We wished we would have spent the extra $20 a night and stayed up the road where we stayed last time..Worse Ramada we have ever stayed in..
