Excellent value
Top notch service in a recently renovated hotel. The staff was willingly helpful. Walking distance to the Branson Variety Theater, restaurants and other attactrations. We ate at the Radisson restaurant one night and was surprised by the excellent food value. We expected much higher prices on the menu.

Lone Star Steak House was great. The waitress expediated our order in order for us to make our showtime. After 8 hours of driving a smooth check in and a close restuarant with great service was a plus!

Nice Hotel stay
The rooms were pretty clean and I'm OCD so that says alot. But the bathrooms are very small ... It was hard to move around in while helping my child take a shower and wash her hair. And it was SO HOT in the hallways and elevators. But the beds were ok once you get the number thing down. It was quiet on our floor. Staff was helpful and friendly.

it was ok
the hotel it self is in a great location and really close to everything in Branson. the main issues we had were with the cleanliness. the shower curtain had mold on it and when notified of the issue the hotel staff took 6 hours and a few reminders from us to come and change it. The hot tub was broken and it took two days for it to be fixed.

"Nice for the Price"
We had a great time. Our room was clean, bed was soft. I wish the hotel had cut of times for kids in the pool area. Some adults would like to enjoy the pool with out kids around.

BIG WASTE OF MONEY
WE MADE RESERVATIONS FOR THREE NIGHTS.I WISH I WOULD HAVE STAYED AT THE BALD NOBBERS HOTEL,AT LEAST I WOULD HAVE ONLY BEEN OUT 30 BUCKS. WE STAYED ON THE 9TH FLOOR. THE HALLWAY, AND OUR ROOM WAS SKUNKY.THE FUNITURE LOOKED LIKE IT BELONGED IN A USED CAR DEALERSHIP. THE CEILING WAS FALLING DOWN. THE BED WAS BRUTAL ON MY BACK. WE LEFT AFTER THE SECOND NIGHT,I WAS AFRAID NORMAN BATES WAS GOING TO GET ME IN THE NASTY SHOWER. WE STAYED AT THE HILTON ON BRANSON LANDING, NOW THAT WAS LUXURY.

Nice, Clean getaway
The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and when we requested anything, it was done quickly. The beds were Double size but it would have been better if they were Queen size for more room. Otherwise, everything was great.
