Budget Branson hotel with two pools and free breakfast

Decent Place to Stay
When we arrived the place seemed outdated from the outside, but once in the lobby the staff was really nice. Our hotel room was decently clean. I liked the shower, but it could have been slightly cleaner. The beds were comfy. The air conditioning wouldn't get very cold, but the room temp was bareable. The ice machine outside of our room wouldn't work however. The continential breakfast only included bread (bagels, doughnuts, biscuits) and had fruit, cereal, juice. The basics. Eggs, bacon, etc could be purchased for money. There were an indoor and outdoor pool however we didn't have the time to use them. The main strip was located just up the road. Would stay again however, we booked ahead of time thinking we were going to get a discount on the cost, but once we were there driving up and down the strip saw hotels that rented for a good $20 cheaper and had vacancy signs lit.

Never,Ever Again!!
[...] Upon arriving to the room, it was like we opened the door to an oven. The window unit ac was not enough to keep the room cool. It finally became tolerable at around 2AM. Overall I did not feel that we got what we paid for. It wasn't the worst hotel we've stayed in, but it was far from what is advertised.

Unbeatable location for the price
I stay at this Quality Inn in Branson on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway because it's away from the 76 main strip, but easily accessible to all the shows/attractions. The hotel is clean, friendly, great complimentary breakfast, indoor and outdoor pool, coffeemaker in room, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. This makes my tenth or more stay.

good value
when we went to check in, they stated we had a 'king smoking' when we had booked a 'king non-smoking'. [...] unfortunately, they were completely booked, but he was able to put us into a handicap king room ... the room was on the ground floor, in the very back of the complex away from the busy street, so it was quiet. room was clean, plenty of towels & soaps. bed was ok ... not as comfortable as some hotels i've stayed in. good value, good location, would stay there again.

Enjoyable stay
My Husband works in Branson so I stopped in on my way throught to my Sister's in Arkansas. We spent a nice evening together.

Ok, but not the best in Branson
The room was clean and ok, but could use some updating. Have the outlets didn't work and the air didn't seem to be that cool.

WORST HOTEL/MOTEL STAY
WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. EXTREMELY DIRTY, VERY BAD PHYSICAL CONDITION!! NO HELP OR CONTACT FROM MANAGEMENT OF HOTEL EVEN AFTER CONTACTING ORBITZ BY PHONE 15 MINUTES AFTER WE ARRIVED . THE CONTACT AT ORBITZ REFUSED TO GIVE US A REFUND OR GET US ANOTHER HOTEL UNTIL THE HOTEL MANAGER "NEGOTIATED" WITH US BUT OF COURSE HE NEVER DID.BOTH PARTIES, ORBITZ AND QUALITY INN FAILED MISERABLEY ON THIS WHOLE SITUATION. WE WON'T USE EITHER COMPANY IN OUR FUTURE TRAVEL PLANS!!!

Good Business
It was very nice, friendly staff at front desk. I will definitly recomend the hotel to my friends. on my next trip to branson i will stay in this hotel again. bathroom was separate from the vanity, great location good neighborhood. It was clean, it could be a little bit better but it was great.
