Clean, Great Location
The hotel room was clean and it had a living room, kitchenette, bath and bedroom. This was considered the basic standard room. It was a great value and the location was great for a Branson hotel. The check-in office was a little tricky to find. We had to ask for directions twice. But overall, it was a good experience.

There are many great shows and restaurants in Branson. We loved Moon River Grill! Great food for the price, wonderful staff!

Not what it seems
I have stayed here before in a 1Bedroom Premier, it was nice upscale furniture, golf course view. Then I booked the same Premier room in the 2 bedroom version, it was disgusting, stains on the beds, food under the beds, furniture was supposed to be real wood, which it was, but appeared to be from the 1970's, could find better furniture in a thrift store, def not luxury. No way of knowing what your getting here all individually owned time shares, cleanliness and furniture vary in extremes, never staying here again!

great until friday
Check in is very nice once you find the office. do not demagnetize your room key! you might have to sleep in your car. Very nice until Friday comes and everyone moves in. A lot of loud people! doors slamming, yelling and very boisterous people. The unit was nice (seemed to have thin walls) had everything we needed. Bring food and coffee. all in all it was a great stay until Friday. 12:45 at night doors slamming kids yelling and parents yelling back!

40th Anniversary Trip
Branson is a beautiful place. Good restaurants, easy to get around town, and the shows are fabulous! We were celebrating our 40th anniverary on our trip. We relaxed and just had a great time. Wi-Fi was not working in the rooms but they did have a room set up for everyone to go to and check their email. There was a letter in our package that said they had hired a company that did not come thru so they had taken them to court and hired around company to complete the wi-fi and it was being worked on. This was inconvient since I like to surf the net in my pj's. We had a one bedroom which was nice. The bed could have been better, but we made it. The pool was nice but COLD...I heard others complaining about this too. Overall, a nice place, good location, and we would stay there again. I would call first to see if the wi-fi is working if that is important to you. Also, it was a bit confusing finding the exact place to check in!

Montana's Mike's is great!! Be sure to try their onion rings. Most of the travel books there have a coupon in them!!

Family Branson Trip
We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Crowne. We reseved a handicap accessable room and a regular room. They had adjoining doors. It was clean spacious and nicely decorated. Our van broke down the first day and the security men brought us tools and helped us with directions and different garages to go to. Everyone was nice and helpful. I only wish they an outdoor pool. They had a nice large indoor pool but my sister is pregnant and the chlorine got to her but it was clean and sapcious and it had two hot tubs. I would diffently stay again.

When in Branson do not go down 76 the main drag it takes forever to go down cause traffic is heavy. Take yellow and blue roads they are a block over from main drag and have alot less traffic. You can pick up maps everywhere in branson to help you navigate down the colored roads and what events are located along those roads.

Great Price, odd check-in process
The rooms were really nice, and a wonderful price for what you get. Much better than a regular hotel stay. The only weird thing, was having to drive a couple miles away to check in, and having an earlier checkout time (10:00 am) than we would've liked. We felt like we really had to rush to get outta there before being charged an extra $75.00 if we stayed past 10.

Great Stay, Exceptional Value
Our family stayed at Grand Crowne Resort over Memorial Day Weekend. [...] The property was very well maintained and our 2 bedroom condo very clean! Our son played in the pool and on the playgound...we enjoyed a nice bottle of wine on the deck after everyone was in bed. Branson was awesome and we will tell our friends to stay at Grand Crowne this year!

Great weekend!
We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The location was perfect for us. It was close to the main strip, but far enough away so we didn't have to mess with traffic and noise. The staff was extremely helpful and it was overall a great weekend!
