Gracious Branson getaway along Table Rock Lake with spa
Perched in the mountains along Table Rock Lake, just outside of Branson, the Chateau on the Lake Resort draws guests with its posh digs. Sky-lit with 10 stories, the resort's lush foliage and meandering, koi-stocked streams give way to a library lounge, spa, an infinity pool, wine bar and deli. A veranda overlooks the Ozark Mountains. A marina with watercraft rental, 24-hour fitness center and tennis court -- plus nature trails, nearby golf and luxurious, French-country accommodations -- complete the experience.
Highlights
- Lakefront setting with marina and complimentary canoes
- Rejuvenating spa with infinity-edge pool
- Fine and casual restaurants, including a wine bar, a deli and veranda for cocktails overlooking the Ozark Mountains
- Branson, Missouri's only AAA Four-Diamond hotel
Rooms
All guest rooms and suites at the upscale Chateau on the Lake Resort fringe the foliage-frocked, stream-punctuated atrium and have one king or two double cherrywood beds with triple sheeting, Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses and feather pillows. Offering lake or mountain views, rooms also have stone tile bathrooms with cosmetic mirrors and 32-inch flat-screen cable TVs with premium channels. Many rooms at Chateau on the Lake Resort have balconies, and some have sofa beds in sitting areas. Depending on the room category, turndown service is provided or can be requested.
Dining
Chateau on the Lake Resort features fine dining in the Wine Spectator-lauded Chateau Grille, which overlooks Table Rock Lake. For a more casual experience, visit the on-site deli, cafe and wine bar and soda-fountain-inspired spot. A library lounge is located just off of the soaring atrium lobby, and a veranda with teak wood seating and expertly poured cocktails overlooks the Ozark Mountains.
Recreation
The ways to unwind are all-but-endless at Chateau on the Lake Resort, which features a marina with watercraft rental, complimentary canoes, a 24-hour fitness center and outdoor pool overlooking placid Table Rock Lake. MARVELOUS!
Stayed at the Chateau for New Years Eve. Staff is very friendly, hotel is beautiful. Room was huge and very quiet. Just not sure why they need to charge for internet usage. Inexpensive hotels provide it for free and then I pay $180 and they want to charge extra. Still highly recommended.

Our October Stay
This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. The room was very clean and everything was ready for us at check-in time. They have an excellent champigne brunch on Sunday that we attended.

Beware of extra charges, such as bottled water placed in the room, we were charged for a bottle that was not there the first day!

Great Place to Stay!
Very nice property. Friendly staff. We needed a hotel where our dog could stay with us. We were shocked that a hotel as nice as Chateau on the Lake would accept pets. It turns out not only do they accept them, that they are welcome! Would stay there again anythime!

First Class
This hotel is a great vacation in itself. You can live like a king in this resort. Being there in September was a plus since it was a little quieter than it probably is in the summer. It is about 15 minutes from the main attractions in Branson, but it's a scenic drive any direction that you go.

Great Experience
My husband and I have stayed at the Chateau On The Lake a couple of times prior to this visit. We have always been very satisfied, this time our daughter stayed with us. She thought it was a very nice place also. We liked the fact there there is a separate vanity area from the bathroom which made getting ready the next morning much more convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Peaceful, Relaxing Get Away
Whether you want a lot to do or nothing to do this is the place. For us we loved going out and shopping in Branson then coming back to the hotel to just relax, and have a drink in the beautiful outdoor seating areas watching the sunset over the lake. There were two different restaurants at the hotel so once we were back from a day of runnig around we didn't even have to leave. This is a place where once you arrive you could stay for the weekend and not even leave. The Spa is extremley luxurious so plan on pampering yourself.
