One of Branson's finest hotels, Branson's Cascades Inn is located on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway between Shoji Tabuchi and Hamner Barber theaters. Hotel's excellent location provides guests with easy access to the many alternate traffic routes to theaters, shopping, restaurants, and other Branson attractions. Beautiful surroundings and a friendly, professional staff eagerly await your arrival. All rooms are Non-smoking Remark: Hotel also offers free continental breakfast.

Branson - Ho Hum

Hotel Desk Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast person complains every day about having to be there. Room is average size, but no microwave or fridge. "Fitness center" has one antique treadmill and a weight machine. There is no ventilation in fitness center and the room gets very hot. Staff says "prop the door open". No water or towels. You can buy bottled water for a buck, but have to go upstairs for that. Indoor pool is huge and saw lots of kids having fun. Adults can sit in the hot tub and keep an eye on them. Breakfast was plain plain plain - go elsewhere. "SPA" had no one on site and said had no appointments available. Called around and got other options, but no one had appointments. Hard to promote relaxation if the town doesn't cater to that.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

If you want to do Branson, book on route 76, the strip. Just be prepared to sit in traffic. Two lane road full of RVs and buses. Discounters deliver show tickets to the hotel at no additional charge, so that's a plus.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was ok, one was very friendly and there was a young girl who was very rude and unprofessional. We loved that the pool was open until midnight since we booked a king deluxe (which on [...]website said included a jacuzzi and it did not.) It is also very close to the "strip" where alot of the attractions are, which was very convenient. Overall a good stay and I would definately stay again.
