Very neat, very sweet
PROS: The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well stocked - even the coffee was passable. The shower was wonderful - powerful and hot. The cable TV featured a variety of good channels. The internet was adequate, but easy to connect to. The pool looked very nice, but we did not use it. Centrally located on the strip. CONS: The rooms are exterior, so if the parking lot is noisy, so is your room. The "fitness center" is a fitness area. There is one key, which has to be picked up and turned into the desk within one hour. There is not much in it - a rack, a treadmill, and a recumbant cycle. There is a sauna attached to the room, but this area isn't big enough to fit more than one person at a time. Overall, a GREAT stay with the exception of exercise. I will definitely return.

Two Time Loser.....
The check-in girl and the manager were extremely rude at check-in. We had just came off of the road and went in to check-in to the room. I had invited my mother to stay this time, being so proud of your hotels. I as well, had my husband and my son that has mild autism and 7yrs. of age (not that this should make any difference with our stay), I would have thought that check-in girl and especially the management in charge of the desk would have been more polite and accommodating. But, in fact, my family and I noticed the foulness of their attitudes right form the beginning. My husband whom was standing right there at the desk with me, checked us in last year to the same hotel; and yet, the check-in girl said that he could not, that it had to be me. I said, that is okay, just security purposes. But, then, as I was listening to her rudely belch out her words, running together in a jumbled mess that I could not even hope to understand. I asked her politely if she could slow down, or even explain it to my husband as I was standing there; I had my son to attend to as well. As I was communicating this to her, my son was with my mother in the lobby area sitting on the couch and looking through the magazines on the table, he was just as excited for the stay, but quiet and shy, yet curious of the things on the table as any child would be. I figure if you aren't kid friendly either it doesn't belong out on the table, or our family doesn't belong in your hotel! As I stood before Ms. check-in girl and Ms. dark haired manager, they both began glaring over at my child and becoming hateful in their mannerisms toward him; and my husband and mother noticed this as well.I looked at check-in girl and stated to her again, "Could you please repeat all this to my husband whom done this last year or explain slower to me again?" as I began this statement, I saw her glaring at my son and then, totally ignoring me and talking over me. She did NOT slow down, nor did she explain to my husband the process. She, nor the manager were friendly, understanding, or professional in any way. I feel insulted and used (I paid for this treatment?). I think not. As she breezed past my questioning, I mentioned that this hotel, honored my rewards card last year, could she please, do so this time? She commented coldly and rude, No. Because I booked through another company to get to this hotel by cheaper means, The same one I used last time and got my points. I said fine. I will contact them later about this and my families treatment. I just wanted to get in and get me and my family some rest and enjoyment. We were tired from a long trip. Everything else was great. The pool, the spa, the housekeeping, and the continental breakfast were wonderful and friendly. However, if that is the type of individuals that you have checking people in and out, I find that they are going to bring down the family type reputation that your hotel advertises that it does carry. I would like this situation investigated. I feel I should not be penalized for using a booking company for cheaper rates, as that I still STAY in the same hotel that I request cheaper rates for. That may be at question from now on. I could get better treatment, as there are other hotels that DO welcome the business. Thank you for hearing me out.

Short walk from hotel
Get a map at welcome center. Circle what you want to see and call on information of what you would like to see ahead and be sure it is what you want and can afford. Then, on your first day go furthest location and work your way inward. Also, shop at grocer as much as possible and prep in the microwave. Resturaunts and shows are expensive, book online if possible.

A nice stay
A clean, well maintained room, fast and friendly check-in and check out, and I actually got a smoking room. I travel to Branson once a year for at least a couple of days, and will definitely go back to this hotel. I have been conned numerous times when booking a hotel or condo in finding out when I arrive that the property is totally non-smoking. That's great if you are a non-smoker, not so great if you have a smoking room confirmed months or weeks in advance. Everything, including the location, was just right for us.

hotel was in a very good location.(could walk to some of the shows.) It was clean, breakfast was pretty good and plentiful. people at the front desk were very helpful. Mattresses need to be replaced. They were broken down and uncomfortable. Over all it was a very good experience though.

Great getaway
For a quick getaway, everything was perfect. Quick, friendly service, cleanliness, indoor/outdoor pools for any kind of weather, hot tub for relaxing, rec room and work out room, good breakfast that you didn't have to get stuck in traffick to get to and a central location that allowed you to walk to many local restaurants and shops and a Wal-greens across the street made the experience enjoyable. We were very impressed by the open Bible in our room. We will definitly be back!

Short drive from hotel
There is a big outlet mall behind the hotel, down in the valley. If you make a left out of the hotel and another left down a side street you can get there more quickly than any of the maps show. You could even walk there. Ask the staff.

ANTS! Not a 3-star hotel experience
The staff was very courteous, there were well-kept indoor & outdoor pools (with a hot tub in each), and the location was very convenient on the Branson main strip. However, the condition of our room ruined our entire stay. It was crawling with ants--so disgusting, we could not eat any of our leftover food or pop because the ants had gotten in there. Also the room smelled of mildew (we could see the cracked wall plaster up by the ceiling where the water had been to cause it) and though the sheets appeared to be clean, the comforters smelled of sour milk and made the clothing we laid out on the bed smell like that too. Very gross-we will not be staying there again. NOT A THREE STAR EXPERIENCE.

We saw two outlet malls in Branson-there is one with red roofs and we did not care for that one. There is another one down the hill behind the Krispy Kreme (which is farther east on the same street as the hotel). We really enjoyed that one!

About what I expected
The best thing this place has going for it is the location. It's within walking distance to restaurants and attractions, and a short drive to Silver Dollar City. Free continental breakfast was nice, but thought it was odd that they did not have staff in charge of the waffle irons. The irons weren't they typical ones you would use at home. No one knew what they were doing, and it seemed a little dangerous. Anyone could have burned themselves. The rooms were adequate, but need updating. Our toilet kept running at night, and since it was late I just fixed it myself. (The chain came loose in the tank.) We had a problem with noisy guests. Someone's car alarm kept going off at 2 AM for over an hour. I reported it to the front desk but they couldn't seem to track down who owned the vehicle. That seemed odd to me because there weren't that many people staying there. Overall, for the price we paid, we got what we paid for, I guess.

They boast about the restaurant located directly in front of the motel, but I didn't try it because I'm a vegetarian and they had no menu options for me. Down the street, (best to drive if you have little ones) there is a Tex-Mex restaurant called Pancho Villa's which is family friendly, very fast service, and good food. Don't get the beans if you're a strict vegetarian as I was informed they have bacon drippings in them. Next door to that is Cakes & Cream, which has funnel cakes and ice cream. I believe they also serve burgers and pizza if you want to eat a greasy lunch or dinner there.
