Clean room, nice location
The room was nice and clean. The only problem was that they give you a complimentary breakfast but the coffee and capochino machine was empty every morning and so was the juice machine. We went to the front desk to let someone know and no one ever came to fill it up. That was upsetting to a lot of the guest that were in the breakfast room.

Husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The room was ok seen better value hotel along I-70 heading toward the hotel and they looked better on the outside and the inside.If I had would have know I would have booked a room somewhere else.

Different
I found out that there was a swingers party in the lobby when we arrived. So that was a little unexpected, yet entertaining. The room smelled a little and the bed wasn't too comfortable. Next time I will pay a little more to get more.

The name says it all -- its a Best Value
This is a great motel for the money. The room was clean and nice and fit our needs well. The management was courteous and helpful. The location was excellent. The only drawback was from our room we could hear the boom,bom, boom, beat from the live music at a nearby lounge until about 1:30 a.m. I would highly recommend this motel.

This hotel was terrible. The carpet was dirty, the heat didn't work hardly at all, and it was just creepy. I don't recommend this hotel in any way, except that the person at the desk was nice.

America's Best Value Inn
Rooms were dirty - Toilet did not work in first room we were put in. Heat/AC did not work in second room we were put in. "Hot Breakfast" was terrible (good thing McDonalds was near by).

OK but could use some improvement!
The room was clean but the bed was worn out and sagged in the middle. There was a party with loud music in the "Business Center" and the parking was full until after midnight. Had to park far from our room.

Good Value
Stayed here for a couple nights. Comfortable bed, clean room (non-smoking room that actually didn't smell like smoke), very friendly staff, excellent continental breakfast (I've had worse at hotels that cost twice as much...). Easy drive to KC attractions. Many restaurants nearby. Wifi signal was a little weak in our room, due to being in one of the further wings. No guests allowed at pool, which was a bummer for family we were visiting, but understandable that hotel didn't want us to monopolize pool.

Dissapointed traveler.
The good the bad the really ugly.
The breakfast room was bad. There was bad tv reception.We did not get what we expected as was shown on the picture on the web.
