great stay
We stayed there while we were on vacation and found it very pleasant. Close to the interstate for fast travel access, located right by two restuarants(BK and Ruby Tuesday),a gas station,a grocery store,a bank, and a Walgreens. So any emergency needs that come up can be addressed quickly. Close to the city and far enough away to relax well. Didnt try the breakfast, but we got an early start. Had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay.

no good
specifically asked for a non-smoking room and received a smoking room without an apology or any attempt at a resolution. The pool was small and so warm we could have brought in our shampoo and foregone the shower for the night.

Nice traveler's motel
The Comfort Inn Arnold was a stop on a trip further south. It was located in such a way that it was easy to get off and on the highway. The room was clean, well maintained, and larger than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was helpful in getting on the way to the next stop without delay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others. It was a good value for the price.

Nice location but inconvenient for long stay
We were disappointed not to have a non-smoking room. However, this was a good location and had comfortable amenities. It was inconvenient that we were there for four nights but had to get our keycards re-keyed every time we came back. Our family left a car we were inheriting and left the keys with the front desk. The night clerk couldn't find them when we checked in, but the morning clerk had them available the next day.

Short walk from hotel
Ruby Tuesdays is just up a hill, which could be either a short walk or a short drive depending on how you feel about walking up a hill and how the weather is that day. It was hot and muggy when we were there in August.
