Great!

I had stayed at a Sheraton previously a couple months ago and it was not up to par. This one redeemed Sheratons in my eyes. It was well kept and very nice! Perfect for a weekend getaway and in a very nice area. Not a ton around the hotel to do but it was only minutes drive from downtown St. Paul.

Small pool area

The hotel is very nice but I like to spend time at the pool. The pool itself is good and the hot tub is very good. The problem is that there is not a good changing room. One small bathroom for both male and female with no hooks or benches or place to put you cloths except on a wet floor. There are no lounge chairs anywhere. You can basically swim and have to walk through the front lounge wet to return to your room. Poor thinking on someones part.

key cards....and inattentive staff....hard beds

staff was rude all of them...waitress poured us a cocktail and charged us $12 per drink because she poured us a double even though we didn't ask her to....hidden costs with room service no explanations...manager couldn't be bothered to come out and explain...hot tub so chlorinated that our eyes stung and there were bubbles in the tub....beds so hard that my back is still recovering...had to use a key card for everything even the elevator to go up and down...pool and hot tub super small!! no class at this hotel

Honeymoon stay

It was a very nice stay. Your rooms and the decor everywhere are exceptional and obviously much better done than other hotels in the price range. The only critique I would have is the pool area. It is really quite small and horrible as it feels as though you are walking into a clorine sauna---this is the best description I can give. We didn't use it on the stay because of a past stay where we found it to be terrible (as far as hotel pools go) and didn't feel as if it would be worth our time. However, as you can see, we came back to the hotel because of everything else--it just feels more luxurious than the others in a similar price range.

Very clean

Sheraton has done a great job revamping their rooms... everything was clean and the stay was very comfortable. Definetly one of my favorite places to stay.

Wonderful facility, competitive price

Booked online to be close, but not to close to the Twin Cities, as I wanted street level parking (was pulling a trailer) Facility was very new, and modern, and the rooms, while average in size, was very clean and well appointed. Excellent King Bed. We will return next trip to Minneapolis/ St. Paul

slept well

After a long day on the cycles, the kingsize bed was a welcomed sight, rooms were clean and quiet. Slept right thru the storm.
