Graduation Trip
At checkout, we were charged more than double the rate than we had reserved for. Very disappointed!!

Nice, not overly prompt
Very clean organized hotel but it did take us five hours just to get an extra blanket. Also my bf who is an IT couldn't get on the wifi and they where suppose to call when they look at it we never got a call. Lastly it cost 25 dollars more then what the site said and yes i included taxes.

Good choice when staying in Winona
Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. lots of little extras....this was definitely a good choice. The walls, though, are thin, and you can hear your neighbors. The fitness center equipment wasn't really user friendly, and the in-bathroom TV was unnecessary. (Also, it was mounted in a corner making it impossible to watch from the tub.) I will book here again.

The staff were very friendly and the check in process was very rapid. The rooms were up to date and the beds were comfortable. They even allowed us to have a late check out.

Enjoyed our stay!
After a couple of bad hotel experiences in Winona, we thought we'd try the Plaza. It's a bit more money, but it was well worth it. A very comfortable room and great amenities. The staff was also very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended!
