Overnight stay in Minneapolis

The staff was very friendly, but the hotel was very tired and the shower curtain had mold. It was ok for a an overnight stay because of the location for me, but it is in a marginal part of town.

Great location for a college visit

We stayed for a college visit. The room was roomy and comfortable. The pool was awesome! How often do you find a 9 ft deep pool!

good until the last night

The hotel was fine the first two days but the third day we had a problem when they ran out of towels so there were none for showers or the pool. Also they didnt ever clean the room the last day we were there. Spoke with person at the front desk but he didnt offer any solution.

Clean and Comfortable

Everything was fine. Pool was clean...room was comfortable. The only problem we had was they put a family of eight (it seemed like) and a family of 5 on either side of us. We are 60ish, and didn't appreciate the CONSTANT noise and in/out of all of the kids. The hotel could take these things into account when deciding where to put people.

The best thing about this place is that it is centrally located, and close to just about everything.

Good Price in a not so good area

Clean rooms, friendly staff. The hotel is located in the industrial section of St. Paul and has an attached bar. Would not recommend this for women who are traveling on their own.

decent price for the location

The hotel is in a good location. We went to games at the University of Minnesota,so it's just a few miles down the road.

Weekend stay

We were in town for a medical appointment and decided to make it a weekend family time with the kids.. The whirlpool was boarded up and the swimming pool was cold both the water and the air in the room one thermostat said 65 degrees. The resturant didn't serve real food on Saturday all it has was bar basket food... Pricewise it was a good deal... the pool and whirpool was the biggest let down..
