great hockey weekend!
The hotel staff were very accommodating from the minute we walked into the hotel. We checked in early without a question and were allowed to leave our car in the lot for 7 hours after checkout. We thought that was beyond the call of duty. Thanks a lot! The room had a great view and was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Comfortable room, good location for events at Xcel Energy Center and surrounding restaurants & bars. Friendly staff at check-in, hotel lounge and restaurant. would stay again.

Great Weekend Getaway
My boyfriend and I went with another couple to a Wild game and then out in the St. Paul area. It was a great location, walking distance to the Excel Center plus we could walk around to the bars and restaurants around St. Paul. Great view of the river front from our room too! The staff was so helpful and polite. I will for sure stay here during my next trip to St. Paul!

"The good, the bad, and the really ugly"
The Hotel was Quiet on the Floor I was On but the elevators were really slow and the hotel staff seemed really overwhelmed and the place was really busy. Also I feel they Charge alot for the rooms and then you have to pay for parking also. The hotel doesn't have an actual parking lot they have parking ramps near them and you have to pay the hotel or the ramp attendant.

Average with poor customer service
Were there on a business trip, with 5 below the heat did not work. Due to unforeseen events I had to cut the trip short, they offered nor refund or credit for future nights on prepaid room. The manager did not even came out to speak with me.

Surprised with a smoking room!
I was very unpleasantly surprised with a smoking room after requesting a non-smoking room. Staff was sympathetic with an offer of cocktails/breakfast, but woke up with a headache and smelled of smoke all day.
