we went to the mystic lake casino ampitheater to go see big and rich featureing gretchin wilson. the refrigerater was missing and they did have a charge for a little one.this compared by having a continintial breakfast, had a huge pool and spa area, and comfy beds. but it was disappointing that they had a long walk to the resturants, flat pillows, and no microwave or refrigerater. also if you forget something in your room and you want them to mail it to you they will charge you for postage.

the mystic lake casino amphitheater is really amazing that you can get seats for a reasonable price.

family getaway in wrong hotel 4 us
we checked into a dirty room then they switched us to the room next door. [...] the only nice area in the hotel was the lobby everything else was run down. A lot of business long term guests stayed here. The construction people that stayed here were very friendly people they held doors open and gave great directions to local restuarants.

Several dining choices in the hotel, menues did not differ much. Lodge has open doorway to the banquet room and noise travels in.

A great ending to a day at the races
We always stay at the Canterbury Inn when attending the races at Canterbury Park and we are always pleased with the location and reasonable rates.

Canterbury Inn
The matress in the room this time was awful. The bed sheets did not fit the matress and we woke up sleeping on the matress. When I turned back the covers on my bed, the sheet and matress pad was crumpled up like someone already slept in it. so, I had to make the bed and then by morning it was un-made again. Also the floor in the bathroom was dirty looking and mold spot in and around the tub. The room very much needed an update. I had stayed at this hotel a month ago and the expieriance was so much different. It was clean and beds were nice. what a huge difference. [...]

Nice bedding. No shuttle to Valley Fair or Canterbury Downs. It took 3 days to get the in room movie previews working. The attached restaurant (Arizona's) was not what we expected ... (How do you burn ribs?)

Nice stay
Stayed here to have away time and go shopping. Pool was great. Room was clean. The only thing that was annoying is you couldn't get away from the chlorine smell from the pool.
