Days Inn Plymouth West/Minneapolis

I was there for a weeklong training seminar so I needed someplace quiet. 5 out of 6 nights it was quiet as a tomb. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was great. One of the night managers, Jeremy, even helped me correct a minor computer problem that I was having. Also convenient (walking distance) to a couple of restaurants. I will definitely plan to stay there again, but honestly, If my wife was with me, especially for several days, I would want something a little fancier. If you just want a nice quiet, clean place to sleep you can't go wrong here.

Basically pleasant. The room was compact, but fulfilled our needs.

Only complaint I would have was the the blankets on the bed needed to be washed better. There were some spots on them.] And breakfast should be earlier.

The best part of this hotel is it's location. Far enough out to be pretty quiet, close enough to the major highways to be convenient.

I selected this hotel based on the price and distance from Minneapolis. On the drive from Plymouth to downtown Minneapolis there wasn't much traffic, so I was able to go to and fro quickly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fridge was either not working or not turned on, but I didn't care since I didn't need it. The carpet in the corridor didn't seem clean. Free wireless internet was ok. Checkout was quick. Complimentary breakfast was ok, but I have had better at other hotels.

The hotel served its purpose, but was nothing special. The rooms are old, not particularly clean, and the staff was sufficient. Bags of trash are routinely left in the hallways during cleaning, and the breakfast is nothing special (except for the waffles).

My elderly parents are in Mpls and I visit often. This is one of the best hotels in the Mpls area. The staff is efficient, helpful and friendly. The room is very nice and clean. The free breakfast is very good and the staff keep the area clean and well stocked.

IT was great. Staff were good and service was also good.

Good location, easy access. Room was very clean and comfortable. Didn't like the cigarette burns in the bedspread. Refrigerator made funny noises, which were fixed the same day I noted it to the front desk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The worst part about the stay was the cigarette smell in the only elevator. It made going up and down almost unbearable. I did not see a no-smoking sign in the elevator!
