The newly opened Axel's Bonfire restaurant, located in the hotel, is a unique family-oriented restaurant that serves American cuisine with a unique Southwestern flair. The hotel provides complimentary wireless internet access throughout the hotel as well as a business center. A complimentary deluxe continental breakfast is served daily. The hotel's pool area includes a large pool, whirlpool, and video games. The Comfort Inn Plymouth also features a fitness center for guest use. All guestrooms feature coffeemakers, refrigerator, microwave, irons and ironing boards, ergonomic work stations, and in-room safes. Pet Charge: 10.00/night per pet. Pet limit: 2 per room.

Good location for the price

People who live in that part of the country with the harsh winters have to be a little crazy. As we are from the southern half of the US, was very pleased with the heating. We were kept warm and comfortable.

Less than memorable

At check-in waited 10 minutes while the only staff member on duty remained on phone with a reservation inquiry, and answered several other incomming calls. Left room on Saturday at approximately 11:30am and when we returned at 4:30pm room had not be cleaned. Phoned desk and were advised that there was no longer anyone available to clean the room, and were offered clean towels as a consilation.
