They need to change their information in the hotel room. It stated there are NO PETS ALLOWED EVER In the building and there will be a $100 fine if found. After talking to staff, they reassured me it's only if you didn't pay extra.

Ok if you can't afford more
The lobby is very pretty, and the staff friendly. The breakfast was good with good variety. Our beds were awful; they were spongy and well-worn. The mattresses soft and hollowed out where others have slept. The bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked--hair on the floor and loose hair in the towels. There were no directions for operating the TV with two remotes--we had to call the desk several times. We would not choose this hotel again, as we'd rather pay a bit more for a good night's rest. We also prefer totally non-smoking hotels.

some much needed time away
for what we paid I couldn't have been more happier, the kids were happy, the breakfast was all that we needed, the pool area was clean. We have stayed in fancier places but this was just right, in fact the kids asked if we could stay there again when we returned. We have traveled the world with our four kids (this time only with the two youngest) and as long as the kids are happy then my husband and I are happy.... and we were very happy on this trip!!!

Nice Stay
Clean large room, good breakfast. Coffee in the lobby, wireless internet, would stay there again.

Our favorite hotel...
My husband and I stayed in Woodbury for their huge city-wide garage sale. We had booked our room 3-4 weeks out and got a great deal and a nice surprise when we got there...a jacuzzi tub in the room! The room was very clean and smoke-free. The only drawback was a really firm mattress that we're not used to.

Pleasantly Surprised
The hotel was easy to find - just off of 94. Upon checking in, the hotel seemed clean and orderly. The staff were friendly. Our room was nice and the breakfast was filling. The only bad part was there were only 3 pillows and they were pretty thin.

Nice
We were looking forward to using the sauna and pool area. However the sauna was out-of-service and the pool was cold. However we did use the hot-tub which was nice but could have been warmer. Loved the NO KIDS in pool area after 10!!!! Staff was very helpfull and Breakfast had a large varity.
