University Hotel Minneapolis-A Noble House Hotel

Ideal location for university visit. Facilities are good .Starbuck right next door. Currently in middle of construction zone so be aware.

This was a perfect location for doing business in Downtown Minneapolis AND St. Paul. The staff was very helpful and went beyond to accommodate me during my stay.

Perfect location at the University of Minnesota right on campus. Very close to a great path along the Mississippi River to run or walk. Staff is always very friendly. This hotel has been our first choice when visiting our daughter at the U.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times a year for the past 6 years - through a change in ownership. It appears that new ownership is making the necessary improvements. Staff, particularly at the front desk is great, as is the hotel lounge/restaurant. The location is a gold mine - guests usually pay a premium for the location. The amenities and staff are beginning to live up to the hotel prices.

Hotel rooms are clean and comfy, staff very helpful. Shuttle service convient to take to downtown for dinner, shopping or.drinks. In room dinning affordable and decent bar and restraunt connected convinient. Only thing hotel needs is a pool or a hot tub. Overall great bang for your buck.

This hotel was a perfect price and location to be able to go to Williams arena

The hotel was nice enough, but the construction in the downtown made for lousy parking. We self-parked on the street, and were still charged $12.50 per day for parking, even when there were no spots left in the hotel parking lot for us to use. I felt this was wrong, since we were left to fend for ourselves.

The rooms were OK, but the breakfast options were limited (and not included in the cost). Great location if you have work in the U of M area. Helpful staff were willing to accomodate a checkin even after midnight.

Staying at the hotel for a conference nearby. It's a convenient location with free guest parking. there are many restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was pretty clean and the staffs are friendly. Only 3 trivial incidents that didn't go as smoothly during this trip 1. upon checking in, the receptionist wrote my roommate number on the envelope. but she actually put down the wrong room number. fortunately that no one is staying at that room that she wrote it down for. 2. the room we stayed is on the 3rd floor right on top of the ballroom. it was okay during the week, but on the weekdn, there was a party. The bass was loud and I can hear every beat. It lasts until 2am. I called the concierge but they can't do anything about it. 3. The next day, i asked to change the room because there was another party in the same ballroom. the reception was nice to put us in a diff room on the top floor. but upon arriving at the room, there was a service cart in the room. quickly they removed the cart. Other than these 3 small things, everything went smoothly.

The hotel was clean, friendly and close to restaurants, stores, downtown and Univ of Minnesota campus. The free shuttle was extremely helpful.
