Worst Marriott Ever!!
My experience at this hotel was horrible. The staff was very friendly however for 3 nights we heard doors slamming and banging, people running up and down the halls all night long. There were teenagers playing in the elevators. The beds were old and uncomfortable and the bedding was pretty worn. I did the express checkout and when I returned home I found a $90.00 discrepancy between my bill and my bank account. I called and was informed that they automatically charge 30.00 per night just in case you ordered room service and it takes 3-5 days for that to come off your bank account. I was informed if I don't see a credit by that time to call them back. Really? They don't have a computer that tells them if I ordered room service? Will never stay there again!

It was a fine night
I was there to take a professional exam that was offered at the hotel the next day, and I came to stay the night before. I studied for the exam. Was very disappointed about having to pay for wireless internet in my guest room. I needed that to study for my professional exam.

Great Escape
I stayed at the hotel, simply because I needed a getaway night. The hotel staff was excellent. I treated myself with room service and was also pleased with the prompt, friendlyservice and food.

Friendly Staff
We arrived very late (4:15 am) and very tired, and they took the time to make us feel comfortable. There was a problem with the toilet and they came immediately to fix it, and got it right the first time.

A quality experience.
This Marriott in west Minneapolis was exactly what we wanted. Clean, quiet and quite accessible to Minneapolis downtown via I394&I94. I liked the fact that there was a stuffed chair for comfortable sitting. I will probably stay there again when we are in the Minneapolis area.

Ignored basic housekeeping
I had o ask the desk for towels- we had no cleanup in the room for our two day stay. i felt that we were pushed out of the hotel- there was a convention after us, but I felt that we were being encouraged to leave early.
