Not worth it on NYE!

I ordered this hotel on a third party travel site and it was supposed to be a double bed and free parking. Well the parking lot was completely full and I got a one bed room because I "booked through a third party booking site and they pick the best rate for the room, not amenities." Terrible value and rooms are not updated at all except for the Plasma TV! Never again!

Good Location - Bad Service

Parking was terrible!! Hotel ramp was full so staff instructed me to use ramp across the street and gave a "voucher" to be used upon exit. What do you know, no person to take the voucher upon exit, only way to get out was to insert credit card!! had to wait in line at front desk an addl 10 minutes for a refund, tried to explain the story, and the staff member blamed the whole thing on the guy working the previous shift!! Take responsibility already!! Also, bathroom sink hadn't been cleaned from the guest before me. Gross!!

Decent Stay for the price, but...

The overall experience was good. We were placed in a corner room which was spacious, but the acoustics and structural inadequacies allowed us to hear everything during the night, I mean, everything...

Business travel

This hotel seemed like a good value given the central location and ammenities. A minor issue was the absence of a full length mirror, but this is forgivable. There was a large group of high school students staying on my floor and the noise continued well into the night, which prevented two nights of good sleep. Not the hotel's fault, but highly unpleasant. Although I called the front desk, the noise began again after hotel security left the area.

Problems with booking

We had specifically booked a two queen room, and when we arrived we were told that they were booked up and we had a room with one bed. We were not awarded any form of discount for the extreme inconvenience because we had booked through Orbitz, not the hotel directly. Our room was a tiny little corner room. Once we got a roll away bed we couldn't even open the door unless the bed was folded up. There was no counter in the bathroom because we had been given what appeared to be a handicap accessible room. The room was extremely outdated compared to other rooms we had stayed in at this hotel in the past. Bad experience overall.
