excellent

Stayed at the Graves on New Years Eve. Fantastic service as always. I was quite impressed too with the level of security that they used (ie: checking all guests for room cards before allowing access to elevators leading to the hotel rooms). Overall a wonderful stay!

Nice place w/ great location

Stayed here for a Twins game followed by dinner and dancing downtown. This hotel is situated very close to Target Field & Target Center as well as many of the popular restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and very responsive. While the hotel does not have a pool, and the price is a little higher than some others in the area, the room was very nice and the hotel was perfectly situated for our night in Minneapolis.

Location

We stayed at the Graves 601 for an anniversary. It was a decent location among the hubbub of downtown. The room had some great design features and felt luxurious, but we weren't in the hotel for long. It would have been nice not to have to pay for internet service (which we didn't). Lacked some nice touches we have had when staying elsewhere such as a turndown service.

Great night on the town

When I checked into the hotel, I had originally picked this downtown, great location hotel to enjoy a whirlpool but they ended up not having one. I was given a nice upgrade so I could enjoy a personal whirlpool hotel in my room. It really made my stay that much better and I really appreciated our staff for the help. I will for sure stay here again. Great downtown location, next to all the action. Great views as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again in the future.

Nightlife tip: Short walk from hotel

Everything is close to this location, right across the street from the Target Center. Expensive parking though, but that's downtown for you,

Really expensive for not a lot

This was an interesting room with an ok view, but that is where the value ends. The whirlpool tub was just ok and the water smelled funny, the only real luxury was the marble floors in the bathroom, otherwise the room itself had mostly cheap laminate floors and stained carpet. The chaise lounge was stained and their was mildew in the bathroom in several places. The shower was dark as there was no light in there as was the common areas of the hotel. The halls were really loud and the doors slammed all the time. When people were in the halls you could hear them clearly as if they were in the room. The drinks at the bar were expensive as was the food in Cosmos, we decided not to eat there cause the price was so high. Over all we could have stayed in several other hotels with pools, bigger whirlpool tubs, and more amenities for way less money.

Money-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

Go to a different hotel. Stay outside the city for better hotels with more amenities and drive into the city so you don't have to pay $28 for parking at the hotel that you just paid $300 for a just ok night.
