Great staff, clean room, but...
The hotel staff were all so nice and helpful and the rooms were clean, despite the hallway outside the room having a really weird, bad smell. Luckily it didn't go into the room at all. The noise level at this hotel, though, is crazy. Due to its prime location it was very busy and party central- you know its bad when you receive earplugs on your bed when you arrive. However, I do have to say that the staff took care of any issues immediately! So its a good place to stay if you don't have an issue with noise. :-)

Great business hotel, but...
I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a conference. The room was beautiful. The breakfast was great. You had to pay for it. I also enjoyed the breakfast room service. Didn't love the dinner place--restaurant combined directly with a bar. After a long day of traveling, I wanted a quiet place to eat, not listen to the game. You can get to the Crowne Plaza through the skywalk. It is about a 15 minute walk. There are hotels that are closer. The major problem I had was that my computer was stolen out of my room. They are working hard to figure out who was in my room, but it was a lousy way to end a trip

Crowne Plaza
Super friendly staff. I was able to extend check-out so I could receive a phone interview in my room. Very accomodating.

Great Value
Great location if you're looking for a place to stay near Target Field - if you don't mind a 5-10 minute walk. The Crowne also has lots of bar and restaurant options nearby. The hotel itself and our rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Jim the bartender is one the more entertaining people you'll ever meet! I would definitely stay there again.

Crowne Plaza Northstar a Disappointment
This was my third stay and will be my last. Elevators require room keys which are incredibly easily demagnetized. [...] includes breakfast, but on Saturday staff was totally overwhelmed and couldn't handle demand. Had to eat elsewhere, although desk offered to refund money for voucher.

The hotel is just south of the Nicolette Mall, which has wonderful outdoor dining starting just two to three blocks north. Also walking distance from Target Field.

We used this hotel as a meeting spot for a night out with friends. Great location to attractions in downtown Minneapolis. Great value compared to the quality of the hotel and proximity to nightlife activities.

"Unbeatable location for the price"
Enjoyed our stay, room didn't get cleaned by 4 when we returned to our rooms for the night. Cleaned up for dinner went out and still no house keeping came. Other than that it was a pleasant trip and room, 3 1/2 star I've stayed at 5 star Hotels. Would come back though. Came to see Daughter graduate from College from Southern California.
