Hilton Garden Inn Mankato Downtown

I had such a great time at the Garden Hilton in Mankato. My boyfrind and I went there to watch the MN Vikings training camp, the location was perfect, we were close and able to walk to almost every where we wanted to go to! It was nice to come back after a long night to a comfy bed!

We stayed on night (saturday). The room was good (clean, good sized, nice TV, etc). It was a little difficult to get into the parking ramp, as there was a college hockey game in the civic center that is attached by skyway to this hotel. We used the pool Saturday evening with small kids (3,5). About 7:00 some young men came in with several cans of beer, so we went back to our room. When we came back to the pool on Sunday Morning, there were cigarettes all the tables, no towels, the bathroom was filthy, and there was a "red bull" can in the hot tub. We told the person at the front desk, and after about 20 minutes, someone came in to clean, and they cleaned up most of the mess, but not all.

We weren't at the motel long so we didn't use the pool or any other facilities. The woman at the desk was very friendly. The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a party at the attached civic center and it was really loud. I didn't sleep very well. There seemed to be people outside a lot even though it was really cold and they were really loud. We were near the elevator also and it was really loud. I doubt we'll stay there again, but if we did I would request a quiet room.

The stay was very nice and relaxing..

Service and location were excellent. Since there were 4 adults we decided to see if we could get a roll-away bed and it wasn't a problem. Staff were very accomodating and parking was very accessible.

We arrived at 10:00, front desk was prompt and we were in our room in five minutes. Hilton Honors provided complimentary breakfast.

This hotel was super cool except for the fact that the in house bar closed early :( We went to Mankato for a concert and I didn't know when I booked it that it was actually connected to the Verizon Center which is where the concert was. January in MN- that's a huge plus that wasn't advertised on their site.

Very clean room. Staff was very helpfull. Dining was available at hotel as well as near by. Parking ramp at hotel was free for guests!

The Hilton Garden in Mankato was very comfortable and conveniently located for all the activities we took part in. But the staff at the front desk wasn't the most helpful and the maid service didn't clean our room one of the two nights we stayed. The most disappointing thing about not making up our room was the next morning when we wanted to make coffee and since they didn't come back to make our bed, our amenities were not restocked either. So no coffee for us.
