Great location for the activites we had going on in the cities.

We had a very nice experience at this hotel. It was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful and it was in a great location. Nice and quiet yet close to everything we had going on that weekend in the cities.

Nice and clean hotel in quiet area

This was a nice, clean hotel in a quiet area in Eden Prairie. The staff was courteous and kind. The facilities were very nice, and simple touches like fancy folded hand towels made our stay pleasant. The only drawback was when we were checking in there were some people stuck in the elevator. Needless to say we took the stairs up to our second floor rooms. We have stayed at other Hilton garden inns in Minneapolis and are pleased with their quality. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Eden Prairie.

Good location.

Very pleasant front desk staff upon check in. Clean rooms. Quiet except for the radiator; earplugs took care of that. A couple of annoyances: the bathroom stayed cold even after turning up the heat and the bathroom door swings shut every time you go in and out - annoying when retrieving items from suitcase, etc. Upon check out, the front desk gentleman was more interested in talking on his cell phone than assisting me. Easy to locate and access major highways. All in all, the pros outweighed the cons and I will stay there again.

Wonderful Hotel...Very Clean

We went to the Renaissance Festival and had a very enjoyable stay. This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at for the price.

ok for the money

We stayed at this hotel because of the cost and location to Valley Fair. Unfortunately all of our new swim wear was ruined after our venture in the hot tub. My husbands blue swim trunks were completely white, my choc. brown swimsuit turned a brite bronze after being in the hot tub. We brought it to the attention of the Hotel staff that our eyes were burning and our swimwear had been bleached form the Hot Tub. They unfortunetly said there was nothing they could for us. I suggested maybe checking the chlorine levels!! Scary! The tiles around the pool area were a nice smooth glossy tile which of course were super slippery. The pull out couch that my children were suppose to sleep on had a spring sticking out of the mattress that my son cut himself on. Even after asking how my stay was in the morning during check out, was anything ever done. Maybe we just had some bad luck but I was not impressed with this hotel at all.
