Stay in Eden Prairie

The hotel room was clean, so that is good. My check in experience was fine too. When my fiance and I left in the evening to go meet with friends, there were some men hanging out outside the hotel. As we walked to our vehicle they made whistles and noises as if they thought a woman was very attractive. When my fiance looked back he said they were looking at me. That made me very uncomfortable and nervous, since I knew I was returning to the hotel later that evening w/o my fiance. The bed in the hotel was extremely uncomfortable. When I woke in the morning, my back and leg were very sore and I was extremely uncomfortable. I was very appreciative to get the room at such a great cost [...]. I know now that I won't ever get a room based on low cost again though.

Terrible service and facilities

I woke up with hives after my first night due to an allergic reaction to something in the room. I notified the desk personnel and requested a refund so I could go to another hotel. [...] I was then given the option to transfer the Homestead Suites in the same city. I agreed. This room was worse and there was what appeared to be mold or mildew in the bathroom. I was again unable to get a refund. I would not recommend either of these hotels!

Bare minimum, but not bad

The hotel offers only the bare minimum of service. They were not even able to give me a wake-up call because they do not have the system installed (that's the reason why I am giving it 2 stars, not 3 in my rating). No breakfast, no swimming pool, no even shampoo in the room... On the other hand, the room was not great but OK, the staff was friendly, they did have a fully equipped kitchen, and the place was quite. So, you decide...

Clean and Comfortable Bargain

The room was clean and comfortable. The room had everything I needed to work and relax during my stay. Shopping was close by and freeway access was easy.

great value

Stayed Saturday night only - Fortunately it was a quiet night because the walls and ceilings did not seem to be well insulated for noise (or there was an elephant upstairs and the ringer on the phone next door was hooked up to a loudspeaker). Note this is a bit off the beaten track so you may want to stop for necessities before you get there.

Just Bring Your Own Coffee

The room was nice and large and the kitchen came in handy. The only downsides were that they provide you only one coffee filter and there was no local TV stations (digital tranisition problem?). Otherwise, a nice, affordable, quiet stay in the heart of Eden Prairie.
