This hotel is very easy to get to. Right of of I-494, a straight shot from the airport. It is very relaxing and clean. I ... would most likely recomend this hotel to anyone traveling to MSP.

Generally a fan of Courtyard/Marriott, this hotel has definitely seen better days. The common areas were nice but the room I ... had had old carpeting and stained drapes. The room smelled musty and so I had to keep the fan on, which was loud and had a nasty odor itself. Luckily I was on a business trip and was only in the room to sleep.

Very clean hotel, nice staff, quiet location & conviently located to everything! I would stay there again if I'm ever in the ... area. Every other major city was about 15 to 20 minutes away. The megamall was about an 8-10 minute drive. The HHHumpprey Stadium was about 10 miles away. The staff at the time wasn't very knowledgeable about things to do or places to go. But overall, this would be nice for a couple or a family to stay for a few days. Oh, one little thing I didn't like, the shower head in our room was POWERFUL! adjusting it hardly helped....

Down for st.fair and valley fair great location to valley fair but not so good for fair mainly because 494 was closed at ... lyndale ave stuck in traffic 45 min would have been nice to known so other route could be chosen Also the (Free continental breakfast) acually cost me 60.00 Im currently fighting charge via e-mail

A Nice Stay

I am started law school in Saint Paul and took this trip to take a look at the area. This was a nice hotel, but it is about ... a half hour from Saint Paul and/or Minneapolis. The ride into the cities isn't too bad.. but we hit a bit of traffic during the weekend. I think the expereience would have been better if we stayed closer to the city. I would recommend that if you are going to the Twin Cities, to stay at a closer hotel, if not in the cities themselves - it is definately worth it. But if you dont mind the drive, this was a pleasant stay and decent hotel, with very clean rooms.

Definately check out the Minnesota History Museum - MUCH larger than expected and lots of cool things to see there. You can also see the Capital building from the parking lot. Coffee from Dunn Brothers is AWESOME! Eating in Minneapolis? If you like sushi, go to Oragami in the Warehouse district - its the best suchi I have ever had. In Saint Paul - try Meritage - its french/American cuisine, a bit on the expensive side, but definately worth it. A shopping trip to Grand Avenue in Saint Paul is also a worthwhile daytrip.

We stayed here to be in a hotel close to Valleyfair. It was a really nice hotel. It wasn't as clean as most Marriott's I've ... stayed in, but other than that it was fine. The location was great!
