MARGINAL HOTEL EXPERIENCE
I WAS INFORMED THE PACKAGE DID NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST. THIS WAS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS I SELECTED THIS HOTEL PACKAGE. THE ORBITZ WEBSITE DESCRIPTION SEEMED TO INDICATED A BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS INCLUDED. THE HOTEL WEBSITE INDICATED TOLL FREE PHONE CALLS. I INTERPRETED THIS TO MEAN LOCAL CALLS WOULD BE FREE. I DISCOVERED WHEN I CHECKED OUT LOCAL CALLS COST $.75 EACH. THIS WAS A MINOR COST BUT AN UNPLEASANT SURPRISE.

Great Stay! Read!
Everybody was personable and friendly. They did not read from cards and I felt that that they sincerely were concerned about my stay. The rooms are very nice, and the bed was better than my own. The spa was out on Sunday, probley could not get a repairman on the weekend. The room with the King bed has a fold out love seat, so you could pack another person in the room. You also get a mini fridge and microwave. The double queens don't have these. No WiFi, but you have wired (cat5, wire provided) hookup, runs kind of slow though.

Rooms are basic and clean. Workout room was small and I was not able to workout on my preferred equipment because of limited availability.

There's lots of construction around Minneapolis. Pay attention to your maps. When you get lost, just turn around & keep looking.

Good looking hotel!
Great hotel. We had spacious enough room for 3 adults and 2 small children in a 2 queen bed room. The only thing I didn't realize is it didn't come with a free continental breakfast.

Very disappointed
Our room was very damp...we ran the air conditioner but all that did was to make the room COLD. All of our clothes were damp. The ceiling in the shower had mold...they did come and paint over that. One day we didn't get any glass glasses...only paper coffee cups. We also did not get a bath mat that day or toilet paper. The keys on the computer were filthy... The waste container outside the back door was always overflowing. There was no lounge.

Near the Vikings training camp and Mall of America so convenient. Staff was nice. Staff had great suggestions for near by restaurants and other things to do.

Koch and pickles fantacy getaway
A nice getaway for any group
We went swimming, sat in the hottube, and used the computers both nights we stayed! The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent! The only thing I would have liked to seen different was that the breakfast be free to those guests staying. The price of $10.95 was more than a little over the top when you saw what was provided.
