SpringHill Suites by Marriott Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport/Eagan

The employees were very excellent and knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding area. They were very polite and willing to help. The pool area was clean and neat. The hotel room it self was very nicely arranged and used space efficiently. Over all we enjoyed our time there and would go back again anytime.

The room was beautiful and the location was great. The free shuttle was awsome ! Not only was it at the airport to pick us up within 10 minutes of us calling, the driver was great. He even took us to a nearby Restaurant at 11:00 at night so we could have a few drinks. I will stay there again, but I would definately skip the "hot" breakfast. The eggs were extremely overdone and ice cold. They did have a station where you can make waffles, but I did not try them.

We stayed for 3 nights when we were in town for a wedding. Easily accessible from highway, plenty of restaurants and shopping in all price ranges nearby. Room overlooking a small lake. Staff at breakfast was friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was incredibly wonderful!!! We couldn't have asked for better service or a better room! Thank you so much for a fabulous stay!

I selected Spring Hill Suites because of my positive experiences at the Spring Hill Suites in Orange County, CA. It is spacious and quiet. The Spring Hills Suites we stayed at in Eagan is older. I can't speak for the other rooms but the one we had was poorly laid out and cramped. It was not truly a suite but rather a room with a sink and microwave crammed into it. We were given a handicapped room on the first floor as it was the only room available that had been cleaned (there was a Jr Hockey match in the area and the hotel was full, or nearly so). The two "Queen" beds were actually extended full size (54" wide and 80" long). Neither bed was comfortable. Being a handicapped room there was no counter (or space) for toiletries. The commode flushed with a roar that was impossible for a sleeping spouse to sleep through. Likewise when the adjacent room used their shower or water the noise could not be ignored. Hallway noise was excessive but freeway or airplane noise was negligible. The TV could not be viewed from either bed. The kitchenette sink had air in the water pipes or was not vented properly, resulting in spurting water and knocking pipes. Hanging space for clothing was limited. Lighting throughout the "suite" was dim. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean, and the breakfast selections/quality were good.

Was there for only one night to attend a family birthday party. I forgot my boots in the room after I'd checked out. A phone call to the receptionist, and my boots were at the desk 10 minutes later. Lovely people and the suite was great.

fine hotel; convenient

Nice remodeled hotel ... clean ... excellent hot comp breakfast ... terrific staff. Would stay there again and can recommend it w-o any reservation.

This is my second stay at Spring Hill Suites in Eagan. Both visits I was very happy with my stay. On this visit I was in town for a family function. I chose this hotel because of the nice size suites. Since there were two of us, there was a little more room to spread out. The location was great. I was less than 10 mins. from anywhere I needed to be. Enjoyed the free internet in the room as well. My ONLY complaint would have to be the dated televisions. But that would not waiver my decision to stay there again. I'm sure they will be updated.
