Family weekend getaway
We had a great time! When we booked the reservation, we really had no idea what to expect. We were very pleased with the hotel. My husband & I and our 3 teenage boys, had one room with two bedrooms, sofa sleeper two bathrooms, plus a kitchenette. It fit us well! The breakfast was awesome! The price was well in our budget! We would stay there again!

Clean and Comfortable
This apartment style hotel was updated and renovated. It was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was small but nice. The hot tub fits 3-4 people. The continental breakfast was HUGE! The grounds around the facility could use some more work. I am very picky about my hotels and would stay here again but not necessarly be my first choice.

Sick of rude people
In town for death of family member
Night shift hotel staff was rude. The cleaning people kept coming in our room despite the sign on door to not disturb, plus being told verbally not to disturb

Awesome place!
Visited the Mall of America - Hotel had a shuttle and the drivers were awesome! THis is one of the best places I ever stayed at - will stay at one of these again - for sure!!!

A very comfortable stay
We have not stayed in a residence hotel recently, and this one well exceeded our expectations. Very clean, very pleasant staff (especially the breakfast crew!) and outstanding breakfast bar. Rooms were tended well. Location is pretty quiet as it's well off the highway. We'd definately stay there again.

A new restaurant opened shortly before we stayed there...in Burnsville..Porter Creek Grill. Excellent prices. Very "California" food in interesting variety. We ate there 3X!

Great Hotel and location for the price
Everything was great including the services that the hotel staff provided and assisted me on one mishap. When I first checked in and requested a room on the 1st level, the staff found one and assigned this room to us. However, she forgot to enter this info. into the computer and the room was assigned to someone else when we returned later that night. Another room (the original room was assigned to us) was still available and we ended up stay there until check out.

Fine stay
I became violently ill at the airport between flights. The airline I used insisted on checking out my immediate health and scheduled a flight for the next day. I chose this hotel primarily because of its location, price, & complementary transit service to and from the airport.
