My stay at 2700 Pilot Knob Road
Highly enjoyable! Everyone friendly and helpful. Good food at reasonable prices. Good bar and bartender. Enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace in the lobby.

Very Unhappy
We were very unhappy. The two women at the front desk were very snotty and unfriendly. I booked a room for 4 people with two double beds 2 1/2 weeks ago. When we got to the hotel last night all they had left was a room with a queen bed and a pull out. One of us had to sleep on the floor!!! There were also only 2 towels in the room. They also tried telling us we were just lucky to get a room...hello, i already paid for the room over 2 weeks ago!!! The hotel said it was our fault for booking with [...]. Either way, we were very displeased.

Bad wifi
Hotel is overall ok. A few minutes from the airport and st Paul my main issue is with their free wifi only working about 20% of when I needed it

Good Value, but...
The price of the queen room with sofabed was very reasonable. The sofabed was more of a loveseatbed. The room was very compact and needs some love and care. The parking was less than adequate because of the number of park and fly vehicles dispersed throughout the lot. Staff was friendly and helpful, but I will not stay there again.

Actually I stayed in crowne plaza in knoxville, TN before this one. I had a nice experience in knox ville's crown plaza. With that impression, I decided to stay in crowne plaza of Eagan, MN. I acctually reserved 1 queen bed with two room suite on online [...]. Once I went to the hotel, they told me that there is no such room in the hotel. If that is the case, why do they mention that option on website. Hotel is not that great. But the people at reception are really helpful. That is the only consolation for my stay. Otherwise, it is terrible.

It is not bad at all
Crowne plaza conveniently located near the airport,but at peak hours it is noisy .I shopped and dined at mall of america.

Nice People
I did not plan to and didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but everyone was friendly, the room was clean and quiet and it's very convenient to the highway - regardless of the direction I traveled, I was at my destination in 15 minutes or less. That's quite a pleasant change for this girl from Atlanta where it takes 15 minutes to get to the interstate usually (no matter how close you are to it).

Crowne Plaza Hotel MPLS/ST PAUL ARPT-MAL
Front Desk staff at check-in were marginal. Breakfest Buffet was horrible. At 8:00am everything that was left (very little) was old. Room is ok - not very fresh smelling. some mold in the tub area and bathroom door is rusting on inside of bathroom. no sweetener for coffee for in room coffee pot. no bottled water in room. Im in MSP a couple times per year and wont stay here again. clearly this place has seen better days.

Fair to middling
It was good hotel, however, it is in the flight path of the airport, so you need to be comfortable with the occasional plane noise.
