Delightful First Stay
My grandchildren and I enjoyed a very pleasant stay. The location is great for the Mall of America and the shuttle provided by the hotel is great!!!! The staff is very friendly and so helpful with directions. It was our first visit to Minneapolis/Eagan and I do plan to return and stay at this location.

In the Corner
The hotel was decent, the room was a little dated the bed was comfortable their was a extremly small area that was suppose to be a closet? The one real complaint I have though is the shower.

Good Choice
This hotel is a good choice if you want to be close to the Mall of America and the airport but don't want to be on the highway and in the heart of the city. Good access on/off major highways. Hotel is clean and well kept up, especially the lobby and pool area. Breakfast is great. My only two comments are that the front desk receptionist was not front and center on a busy Saturday morning. You had to ring the bell to get her. We stayed Wednesday to Sunday and although we had maid service who gave us fresh towels and made the beds, the room could have used more attention like a vacuum, new roll of toilet paper, fresh drinking cups, etc. that was not done. Overall, though, nice hotel and I would stay here again.

This hotel offers a free shuttle to the Mall of America which I recommend. It drops you off right at the Mall's front door (North Entrance) and is a nice convenience.

Pan Am Flight Attendant for Virginia
The best customer service ever!
We stayed to visit the Mall of the Americas. Our encounter with shuttle driver to front desk to housekeepers to maintenance was the best customer service anyone could ask for. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great lots of variety to please anyone. Hotel very clean. The staff was just the best. Thank you Egan for a very pleasant stay! I am a retired Flight Attendant and I know great, friendly and genuine service!

little disappointed
Staffs were very friendly, room is clean, the only downside is the smoke odor was very strong in the hallway. We had to tuck towel under the room door so the odor would not go into the room and open the window (in the 30 degree temp) to get some fresh air.

My experience
This was a good experience especially traveling with a person in a wheelchair. Room large enough to turn around, bathroom totally excessible, enough room to enter and exit the bed. Most part is the location of the room if there was an emergency no stairs to worry about , very close to an exit, ground floor location. This is one important detail we worry about in our travel plans. You were great. (one exception, no frige in the room)

Great place to stay.
The front desk personnel were fabulous...and very helpful. We took the shuttle van to the some destinations and to & from the airport. It was always on time and the drivers were very courteous. Rooms were clean and very nice. Free breakfast was such a plus....coffee available all day. We would consider staying this hotel in the future.

GREAT!!!
My husband and I and some friends stayed at this location while visiting the Mall of America. They allowed us to check in early. They were very friendly. The shuttle was free and on time to and from the mall. They gave us great dining options and even the free coupon book for the mall. The hotel offered a great variety for breakfast. They had everything. The pool area was a lot of fun and well kept. We had an overall Great stay!!!
