Extended Stay America - Minneapolis - Airport - Eagan - North

The location is very convenient and certain features of the room were fine - it was roomy and lots of kitchen counter space - but the room was not clean. The arm chair was so disgustingly soiled that I laid towels on it before sitting in it. The staff promised to make maintenance aware of it. There was no desk in the room. Even though one could work at the kitchen counter, it was not comfortable.

I was given a room that had a broken latch on the window. I asked for a stick to put in the window so that it could not be opened, Stacy Ly was very condescending and talked to me like I was ignorant. She then sent me to another room. This room was the wrong type and had broken cabinets. When I went back down to get another room she got real short with me. My 3rd room wasn't very clean, the bed was way too hard and the pillows were flat. There was 1 bar of soap, no shampoo, and the shower curtain had blood stains on it. With graduations and weddings in the area, I could not find another hotel to move to so I was stuck in this horrible place. The rest of the staff was great and apologized for Ms. Ly but Ms. Ly never did apologize! Will never go back to that hotel and I will be travelling that way a few more times this summer. I just wanted my money back!

It was a hotel, with a bed that was not to comfortable. There was no little things included. You had to pay extra for housekeeping and internet access. It had a bed to sleep in, so that was good.

Our experience at this hotel was not fine.The insulation of the windows was bad and we end up being sick in the morning. It was noisy too. Hotel did not allow early check-in. We paid $4.95 for internet fee. Front desk was not helpfull at all. The only good part I have seen is the large room.

This is a nice hotel and we like this brand. It is billed as the airport hotel, but it is actually a 22 dollar cab ride away w no airport shuttle provided. Seems airport hotels should be close to an airport or have transportation. Otherwise, nice enough

Our families came together from Mn and WI to celebrate Christmas. The rooms were big enough to put up a Christmas tree and garland over the kitchen cupboards making a wonderful Christmas feeling in the room. We were able to make food in and keep things cold in the full size fridge. It was a wonderful Christmas experience.

I have stayed and experienced a lot of hotels and by far I would say Homestead Inn & Suites, in Eagan, along with every Extended Stay Ive ever been to has been awesome. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are awesome. I would & do recommend it to everyone and anyone!

It was pretty good considering that I was in the midst of Minneapolis's 5th largest snow storm on record! The hotel has men in the lobby with shovels and the ready to help people if need be. Very impressed as the rest of the city was in lockdown for the most part.
