Nice place
Check in was quick and the stay there was good. Farther away from Minneapolis and Mall of America area than I was hoping for, but it was a good value overall.

Great Stay
Check-in was painless and all reservation information was accurate. Motel had computers which allowed me to get boarding passes online. The complimentary breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff was extremely helpful.

Very Comfortable Hotel
Just returned from taking our 16 year old daughter and 3 of her friends school shopping to MOA. I like staying in Eagan, because it's a quiet location. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very spacious and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Wish they had a pool, but otherwise, enjoyed the hotel very much. Would stay here again!

Family reunuion
We went to a family reunion which started friday night at a sport bar,a picnic on sat. and a gathering on sunday at one of the relatives homes.The staff at Best Western shuttled us to the sport bar and the picnic,as well as the Mall of America, and were the most accomodating and friendly people. Our group had 5 rooms and we all agreed we would definatly stay there again if in the twin cities.

Nicest staff, but old hotel
Very nice staff but dirty carpeting and needing renovation. Would rate as two star and worth it for $80 a night tops

Go to the COMO botanical garden and zoo, perfect size for families with little ones or older grandparents. Only $2 a person, too!

Nice Hotel
In town for a full day event - so we really just needed a place to stay for the night before and after. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was clean. Good breakfast in the morning. Met our needs just great.

ok
First time in Minnesota and our last.in order to get to the attractions you have to get on the freeway too much and too little to do.the hotel was ok but I've stayed at better places. The beds were horrible and hard that my husband and I woke up with back pain.breakfast got boring after a couple of days, they seem to serve the same thing everyday.
