Stressfull business trip
It was all that I needed it to be. The staff went above and beyond, friendly, warm and very helpful. It was so helpful during a stressful time, I couldnt have asked for more. The hotel was clean, up to date and easily located for easy access and good price.

My two-day stay
I had a fantastic time at your hotel and actually regretted the fact that I was all by myself. I would have loved to have come with my wife and children. My only slight discomfort was with the layout of the parking lot that was to the sides of the hotel. I went in for breakfast everyday after 9:30 AM and still had food to eat and that was surprising. Overall, my stay was excellent and I look forward to visiting again.

The only problem I had was insufficient air conditioning. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and they had free wifi and computer access with printing. Also, there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room which were great. I even switched rooms and was still too warm. It's probably ok in the winter, but the rooms are much too warm if it's warm outside. I kept the temperature set at 60 degrees and it still wouldn't cool off adequately.

Very helpful staff
First, the fountain in the lobby is beautiful and creates a restful mood. Breakfast is good; Saturday there was a terrific herb and cheese crustless quiche, in addition to the waffles and standard fare. (The side of salsa was a nice touch, too.) Coffee is hot and good. It would be nice if they had a restaurant for lunch and dinner, but they don't. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. When my door lock malfunctioned and I got locked out of the room, the maintenance man was out of the building for a half hour. Rather than make me wait, three of them trouped upstairs and figured out how to unlock the door, with much trial and effort. They immediately moved me into another room, and made it right. They went out of their way to help, provide information about the town, pick us up and drop us off in the shuttle, and other things. They are clearly well managed, because every single person was helpful and friendly.

Perfect for Business trip!
The staff and management were extremely helpful! The included breakfast was very good and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes from the Mall of America. Yes! I would recommend to a friend.

Great inter-city trip!
After long days of visiting with family and friends, this hotel provided the perfect comfort with 2 queen size beds, a small refrigerator, microwave, and television. Added to all that, it was located just minutes away from many attractions the Twin Cities has to offer. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to other family members and friends!

Overnight stay/airport
I stayed here thinking the rate included park n fly but it didn't, so I was disappointed. My room was on the side of the interstate, so the road noise was obvious and something I'm not used to. But the staff was friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was good.

I liked the shopping area just across the road (but not really in walking distance). It had a few fast food places and a Walgrens so I could grab some dinner and pick up a SD card for my camera.
