ESA Minneapolis-Brooklyn Ctr

This was a short trip just spent the night got there at 11 pm left at 7 am

We only stayed one night because we wanted to be close to the airport for an early flight the next morning. The room was relatively clean, but the halls were the dirtiest we have ever seen in a hotel. There was a big "Ick Factor" just walking into the building. However, the grounds were very nicely landacaped and the neighborhood looked quite safe.

The staff were polite and efficient despite an influx of unexpected guests. Noise from the nearby freeway aside, the room was quiet, very clean, and well appointed for a hotel in this price range.

I did notice alot of old junk cars parked around, some with their hoods up. When I entered a couple was going through the lobby with a luggage rack filled with coolers and trash bags. They were filthy and smelled. When I went to check in there was a decent dressed men their which I thought was checking in. He was instead standing their with linen and was complaining that his sheets were dirty on his bed. The young man behind the counter told him housekeeping was gone for the day and asked if he wanted to make his own bed with different sheets. I paid for my room and immediatley checked my room, the sheets were very dirty, the carpet had not been vacummed and the bathroom was disquesting. I left the hotel 2 hours later and did not go back!!!
