Days Inn and Suites Brooklyn Center/ Minneapolis

No hairdryer,no coffee maker, ceiling tiles with water damage, huge leak in hallway ceiling,cobwebs in bathroom, room not cleaned.

Very good, clean, polite staff would stay their again.

I was not at the Days in Hotel very much and it was comfortable while I was there and close to where I was going to in the Twin Cities area.

Everything is good & the best part is the breakfast. I just loved it.

Thsi hotel was terrible and should not be advertised by [...]. The grounds are flity, the rooms are substandard (broken fixtures,dirty looking towels). This location made me feel unsafe both physically and health wise (dirty). The lobby's air condition was not even working; doors propped open and windows up. Really! I did not use this room, found another location.

Had stayed here before it changed hands again and it is much better now. It was fairly clean for an older hotel and staff was very helpful.

This was a one night stay for a sporting event. Only one towel was in the room when we got there. Requested more towels as there were 2 people in the room. The staff reluctantly provided 2 additional towels that I could no longer tell if they were white or tan.

Upon arriving at the Bates Motel my companion and I were suprised to see several men loitering outside of the entrance. We were doublely surprised to learn that one of those men was the front desk clerk. After receiving our room key, gathering our luggage, and pushing the rickety luggage cart through the dim dark lobby, our front desk clerk informed us that we were given the wrong room. Saying a prayer that we didn't get stuck on the smoke filled elevator we pushed the button and waited. Slowly, slowly the elevator climbed to the second floor and we headed towards our room. I knew before we even opened to door that this was going to be bad, and without a doubt it was. The smell was awful, a combination of old wet carpets and cigerette smoke filled the air. Things only got worse from there. The bathroom was dirty, the bedding was dingy and the carpets were stained. Before I went to bed I had to take the chair and place it against the door. It was my belief that this would keep the intruders at bay. Low and behold at around midnight I heard someone trying to get into the room. Apparently the clerk had given someone else our room key. I couldn't wait until morning because all I want to do was get out of there as fast as possible. I would never,ever,ever stay at the Bates Motel again and my advice to others is the same.

This place was terrible. Dirty and the most unfriendly women at the front desk I have ever meet. I would never concider staying here again

My stay was short. It wasnt bad yet it wasnt great. Quality of the rooms was moderate. If your looking for a cheap over night place this was alright. If your planning on spending a few days I'd think of somewhere else.
