Staybridge Suites MINNEAPOLIS-BLOOMINGTON

The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was super clean, and the breakfast was GREAT! I was very comfortable in my room and didnt feel like I had any problems. Convenient to the MOA. Overall, amazing stay. I'd def stay again!!

rooms were really nice, breakfast was great huge selection of food, hallways and elevator areas were extremely narrow and hard to navigate. exit signs near floor need protection from physical damage

this hotel is more for extended stay business travelers. not families. our room had 1 queen bed and a pull out couch, which, when pulled out, left no remaining space in our room. our room also had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, stove, cupboards, none which we needed. i would have rather had the space instead of the full kitchen.

We went to Mall of America and this hotel was very close by. Very easy to find. Great room and details. Will stay again at any StayBridge.

We attended a 50th class reunion at a near-by site.The location of Staybridge Suites was excellent.

The room was clean, quiet, and had all the necessary emenities. The breakfast buffet was good and the service was excellant.

The room at Staybridge was alittle small for having 4 adults share a room. I would of liked it more if I were given a room with 2 beds in it. Instead of 1 bed and a sleeper sofa. The location of the TV was not user friendly as far as viewing from the sofa or the bed. It was great to have a semi-kitchen.

Well, this was our first visit to staybridge suites. We came for a little get away and found the staff very helpful. They inquired to why we were staying and then recommended a cute little restaurant very near by, and in turn offered to get reservations for us. Even though we did not end up going to the recommended restaurant they made sure that we had directions to where we needed to go. Our room was cute, however I would have preferred the TV in front of the bed rather than to the side. However it is not a suitable function for the layout for the room. When we first arrived our room smelled like smoke. When we requested another they went out of their way to make it easy for us. We rented a studio suite and and I was a little disappointed that there was no oven. We had planned to stay in and cook the second night of our stay... but the kitchen was very nice and comfortable. We were able to take our left overs home and eat them for lunch the next day. The location of this hotel is very nicely places, it's almost as if we were in a little world of our own. It's just off the highway, but secluded enough that it's quiet. We also found out that it's very near many little malls and restaurants. Our over all experience was very pleasant. I can say that I would definitely stay with them again

The suite was spacious and well designed. It was a little tricky to get to the location although it is visible from the main roads so I finally took a service road to the hotel. I did not use any amenities. The bathroom has little ventilation and the shower curtain had a moldy odor. When exiting the elevator on the 6th floor, I detected a smoke smell. The suite I was in was labeled a non-smoking room but had a heavy smell of smoke. I commented to the front desk personnel who said that there were a few rooms like that. I suggested that it should not be marked as non-smoking if they could not get the odor out. No other rooms were available at that time. I will not return to this hotel.

Excellent value! The motel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was top-notch and slightly different each day. The location is perfect for a trip to the Mall of America.
