awesome hotel and great staff
Staff was great, they worked with us to cancel one night of our reservation. We were very appreciative of Ryan's help. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Loved the layout of the sink separate from the shower area!!!!!

Good Overnight from airtravel

Weekend Getaway
Staff were very friendly, but did not provide information readily. Had to ask basic questions like how to find the room, if a shuttle to mall was available, and no mention about water park tickets (which are not included in stay, but rooms balcony opens into the waterpark). The room was clean, but rundown (carpet had bare spots, sink was cracked, comforter had so many snags, comforter very faded). The room was very quiet even though balcony opened into the waterpark that was open till ten at night. The beds were very uncomfortable and woke up with a terrible back ache. Shuttle to the mall was always on time and had enough seating for everyone. Would stay at a different hotel next time just because the room needs improvement.

Overall Good Motel
Room was very clean; across the street from Mall of America; 2 miles to MSP airport. Bed was very comfortable; gym was excellent for hotel. Lots of stuff for kids with water park. Had in-room dining, but they forgot my silverware, took almost 20 minutes to get it. Meal was very good. Check in and check out was efficient.

great for families
It can be hard to find a hotel that's affordable and was really designed with families in mind. But this was both. The rooms are clean and spacious, easily big enough to set up a portable crib and not feel cramped for space. The staff seemed to love kids. We didn't get the rooms that had bunk-beds but what a great idea!

Mother daughter get away!
My daughters and I went to the Mall of America was located right across the street which was perfect! Shuttle to and from the Mall every hour which was nice.. Would stay there again.. Also has a nice water park attached which we did not pay extra to use, we were there to shop..

Getaway
I had a great experience at this hotel. Staff was very helpful. Water park was great and the spa inside was definitely an added bonus! Shuttle was also a plus, excellent drivers.

Great Trip, Hotel Needs more
The Waterpark attached was great, but no pool that you don't have to pay to get in. Plan on paying for breakfast as they have no includes continental BF. The pillows were like bricks same as the bed we got. Apparently they have sleep number beds but not in our room. Nice place just needs a few small things to make it better. Kids had a blast though.
