Not a good night
My wife and I checked into the hotel and then left the hotel for about 2 hours. When we came back there was a horrible smell as we opened the door to our room. The smell inside (like paint thinner) was awful. I went to the front desk and had the front desk person go to the room to check on it. She agreed the smell was awful and moved us to a different room. I had such a headache from the smell I did not get a good nights sleep.

Great room
The shuttle came quickly to the airport and took us right to the door of the hotel...the room was very nice and roomy, clean...the bed was great. Only a few minutes from the airport...great experience

Snubbed at the front desk
Once they saw I was a "discount shopper" I got a less than cordial reeception to all my dealings with front desk staff. They were abrupt and didn't seemed like I was bothering them.

The hotel has a great location near the mall, other than that it is nothing special. Clean but definitely needs some updating.

Airport layover
Just stayed one night in order to make an early flight. For convenience, the hotel was close to the hotel and had a Denny's right next door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large, and the breakfast was better than some continental breakfasts I have at other places. It served my purposes nicely and at a very reasonable price. A good overall experience.

Weekend in MN
We had a great stay. Hotel staff was extremely helpfull. I will definetly stay there again.

Adequate motel
we were in Minneapolis for less than a day and needed to be near the airport. The room was not in perfect shape but was clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was plentiful! We had trouble finding the entrance, which does not face the street!

We like this place.
Everything was very good. Although the attractions we were in the cities to visit (Guthrie and Museum) were not close to the motel, the reasonable price and extras like hot tub and good breakfast easily offset the trips to and from. My two marks of -that's good stuff - instead of - perfect - were sort of technical matters, not real turn-offs. The room was just a bit crowded, and although there is progress on this, very few motel rooms have enough easily accessable outlets for all the plugins many travellers carry these days. On the "value" item, we would all like even more for less, although that is probably unreasonable. Great motel. We've been there at least twice and will consider it first anytinme we do an overnite in the cities. Karl

In the busy area of Minneapolis near the Metrodome and the Guthrie Theater, The Olde Spaghetti Factory is a great and reasonably priced place to eat.

Great Place to Stay!
Overnight stay to visit Mall of America after vacation in Wis Dells. Easy to get to, close to the international airport. Was a totally enjoyable experience. Room was great, clean, bed was the best I've slept in during the 2 week visit. Plush, has everything you need. Absolutely will use again in the future.
