Le Bourget Aero Suites, an Ascend Hotel Collection Member

This hotel is a great hidden treasure. We will be back! The beds are so comfy. We got an excellent deal on a suite- separate living room.

After spending the day at the Mall Of America the beds at the Le Bourget felt soooo good!! The young lady at the front desk was very nice and even called our room once we were settled to make sure we had everything we needed!

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice out room was - comfortable beds, well laid out room, great LCD TV with many channel choices, great shower with Aveda products, bottled water (free) in the room, etc. The lobby has an intimate setting for dining and a bar. Breakfast food was excellent, though somewhat pricey. All of the staff was polite and cheerful and accommodating.

Le Bourget was a great place to stay, comfortable rooms, great service, great dining and bar area. Easy location for access to the Mall of America. Wish the pool area would have had a hot tub.

-Interviewed for college - Graduate program. -Check in was just that. The receptionist did not go over important information just to make sure we were on the same page. All she did was have me sign the agreement, got a credit card for incidental expenses, gave me the key to the room and told me it was at the end of the hallway. -I called her to get coupons for complimentary breakfast. She was adamant to tell me the room did not come with complimentary breakfast but after looking it up she realized she was wrong. She then proceeded to tell me that I could get the tickets at the front desk. Just so as to avoid confusion I went to pick up the ticket/tickets. Since I was booked for 2 nights I knew I was going to get 2 tickets. She gave me one ticket scribbled the wrong room number and handed it to me without even looking at me. I brought to her attention theat the room number was wrong. She took the ticket and wrote the correct room number on the same card. - I elected to have room service(breakfast) and of course I was going to pay for it. To my suprise I was told that there was no one to give me room service. I decided to get the breakfast by myself. I paid for my breakfast and back to the room. Come dinner time I decided not to waste time calling for room service. I got it myself. -Customer's service is a big deal regardless of who the customer is. I do not see how some one can be at the front desk and lack people skills or choose to attend to some and brush off others. If only the receptionist, my first encounter had been warm and welcoming, I may have enjoyed my stay. Poor introduction kept me blind to even the great things the hotel had to offer! My previous trips were exellent, from flight to hotel stay. This was a first and a last!

Staff were very frienddly and offerd great tips for local attractions. Shuttle service was fantastic. Food average. Only drawback was restaurant was to far. Bed was very comfortable. Older hotel but well maintained.

Reservation was already when we arrived, room was nice and clean. We would gladly go back again. Also, price was outstanding!

I have stayed at many top notch hotels and some not so top notched. Bed was hard, pillows were not even full size and the noise level was horrible.

the beds where so comfortable and soft, and the showers was hot. it is kinds in an odd place, but who cares! they offer a free shuttle to the airport and the mall of america. (I cant stop thinking about that bed. I didnt want to leave it)

Great location. Easy to find. Free shuttle to the MOA. Nice sized room with fridge and micro. Friendly staff. Soft, clean bedding. Room darkening curtains helped the kids sleep in a bit! There were a few dust bunnies in some of the hard to reach places, but overall was extrememly nice! Would definitely stay again when traveling to that area! Great room and service for the cost!
