STAY AWAY!
They call this a Hyatt? What a dump! The place was dirty and old. The pool was dirty and old and cold. No hot tub or sauna. The "fitness room" is a joke. The room was clean but still old with cracks in the walls and ceilings. On the website they advertise free airport shuttle and free parking. When I asked about the free parking, I was told it was only free when you are staying the night. Oh boy, how nice of them to let me park my car there while I'm staying over night. VERY DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING! I will never return!

Tandoor Indian Restaurant is a short drive. Turn right out of the hotel and drive past the mall and past IKEA. Tandoor is a few miles down the road on the left. It is set back in a strip mall area. Excellent Indian food.

Happy family!
We went on a weekend spring break family get-away to Mall of America, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. Bathroom small but adequate. Mom and dad each had our own beds and our kids were more than happy to camp out in the adjourning room with the sofa bed, it was perfect! Nice to have breakfast provided, more spending money for mall shopping! Shuttle to mall very convenient. Staff helpful and polite. Used fitness room, good choices. Overall our stay was 4 to 5 star!

weekend getaway
It was a very nice hotel. Very clean room big 42 inch television, free wi-fi and free continentual breakfast and the shuttle too and from the mall of america.

Weekend Shopping Trip
Four of us spend a weekend at this hotel to go shopping at the Mall of America. We arrived very last the first night, so the staff mistakenly marked us as a "no show", so they cancelled our reservation. The following day after returning from shopping, the staff had tried to give our room to another guest, who told the staff upon entering our room that all of our belongings were still there. (We had paid for three nights, so we of course were not thinking that getting "kicked out of our room" was a possibility.) On the second night, it began to rain fairly hard. We soon realize there was a leak above our window and had to use two ice buckets to collect the rain water. Other than these two mishaps, the vacation was very fun.

Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff, Great Breakfast
Friendly staff. They offered adjoining rooms for our party which was nice even though we didn't accept the offer as we needed one of the rooms to have a king bed. The hot breakfast was good but we were thankful that we ate early as it was very busy at around 9:30 when we were checking out. The pool was average but no hot tub. Very close to the Mall of America and the Minnesota Zoo.
