English Rose Aug 6, 2009
Staff was very helpful during our stay. Room was clean, bed was really comfortable. The shuttle to the mall was a great ... service. Only downfall was a very busy breakfast, which meant not a lot of food. Get there early to avoid disappointment and ensure you get a table.

A very nice hotel
David Jul 22, 2009
I'm going to have to say this was one of the best hotel stays of my life. We checked in and was in our room in minutes. The ... staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and not trashed. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. The breakfast was the best free breakfast I have ever had, lots of food everything you could want to eat. My kids say the pool was a little small and not heated, but they spent hours in it. Super close to the Mall of America and airport.

great continental breakfast
Karen Jul 16, 2008
The Holiday Inn Express Bloomington was very nice. The room had a desk and chair, a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator. ... The beds were very comfortable. They served a great continental breakfast every morning. It wasn't just your normal cold cereal and toast. They had eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, bagels, cinnamon rolls, fruit, cereal, juice, milk, coffee, tea, etc. Very friendly staff. Located close to the Mall of America, as well as quick access to freeways. Seemed to be pretty centrally located to what we wished to visit.

Great airport hotel
Myra Jun 14, 2008
The Holiday Inn Express is a perfect choice for an overnight or a longer stay. The staff is very friendly and the ... reservationist offered WiFi instructions and had a free laptop available in the lobby. The room was lovely and the towels and linens were terrific. The decor was quite masculine and very somber but comfortable. The hotel book had good information. There were several food delivery restaurants and I highly recommend Fat Lorenzo. The indoor pool and hot tub were so enticing. The only thing missing was the information about breakfast the next morning.

Ideal for trip to Mall of America
Kelly Aug 11, 2007
The Holiday Inn Express-Bloomington was perfect for our 4-day ladies only trip. First and foremost, the staff, especially ... the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was more than satisfying with many choices. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was a big hit with guests, although we personally were too busy shopping to use the pool or whirlpool. The hotel was close enough that we could walk to the mall if we didn't want to wait for the free shuttle. The 4 of us ladies agreed, we were very pleased with this hotel.

The Galleria was a nearby, much smaller mall with unique stores worth visiting if you have extra time.
