Short Stay

We were only there for one night, but everything was great. The staff was friendly, the room was great, and there was ample parking.

Never book again in this hotel

will never book on this hotel again. they want to charge you 9.95 for using the internet. They don't have a free wi fi. This is Hilton. Even small hotels have free wi fi these days. Amenities were not replaced / restocked right away. Staff members were cooperative.

Comfortable stay.

Trip to Minneapolis

Took the shuttle to the mall of america. Met with some family members for a reunion. Wish the hotel rooms would have had a fridge. Comparable to previous trips to other hotels. Ate at the restaurant and drank in the bar.

Really nice place to stay!

It's a nice hotel. The beds were comfortable. The pool was really warm and two hot tubs were nice. The only thing I wouldn't do would be to order room service. It turned out to be a lot more than what we figured. The price that we looked at in the room was not what they chargered us (with tip added on). Other than that it was close to the mall and easy to get to. We would definately go back. We just won't order room service.
