Great Mall Hotel!
It was a great two nights. The staff was great. They were very nice and helpful. It was a great location. We were on a shopping trip to the mall for the weekend. If we had wanted to we could have walked to the mall. We would stay here again!

Great birthday getaway!!!!
This hotel was absolutely fantastic!!!! The location was perfect, the staff was great, and the fact it had an hourly shuttle to and from the Mall of America was awesome. It even went to the airport and light rail station. We were right across the street from the Mall of America. Super convieient!!!! Did have a problem with the reservation when I arrived but Orbitz fixed right away. Even got a $20 "price assurance" credit. Will definitely stay here again without a doubt!!!!

it could be better
The breakfast was fantastic! The shuttle service courtesy attendant was terrible. He was zero friendly. The front desk people were great! Didn't offer pay per view movies. Super easy check out! No convenience store. No refrigerator in room. Nice pool and jacuzzi.

Good airport hotel
Got stuck in Minneapolis overnight and found this to be a good airport hotel. Quick free shuttle, good front desk staff, clean rooms.

There are better
The toilet overflowed upon 1st use. The maintenance person used a wet vac to eliminate the water but never mopped and/or sanitized the floor when finished. The shower was not 100% clean. Carpet in the main area of the room was not well vacuumed. Beds were not very comfortable. On the positive side, the proximity to the Mall of America was great (although the trade off is the constant jet traffic early in the morning). We greatly appreciated the hotel's shuttle service to catch the Light Rail to the Twins game. The complimentary breakfast selections were plentiful. The air conditioner worked FABulously!!

It's a short walk to the Mall of America! It's also a short walk to the Light Rail Station where you can take the Light Rail to the Twins game.

great family-friendly hotel
a great family weekend! from grandparents to aunts to cousins to grand children, all had a great time. We booked our rooms separatly and requested to be close to each other. The staff were great and had us next door to each other. They even asked both parties to make sure it was acceptable to be next to each other. I really appreciate the extra effort. The crib came quickly and we had no issue with anything. The pool was clean and inviting as was the hottub. Thank you for making our weekend enjoyable!

This hotel is so close to the mall. Park in their lot and walk or take their shuttle and bypass trying to find parking in the ramps.

Very clean hotel in a great location
Hotel shuttle is great for getting to the airport and the Mall of America. The driver was very helpful and accomodating. Room was spotless and quiet.

A cheerful, clean room at a good price.
It's not a pretty neighborhood, but if you want access to the airport and the Mall of America, you can't beat it.

Short drive from hotel
It's DIRECTLY across the street from the Mall of America. If that's your destination, it couldn't be easier. It's also 5 minutes from the airport. I was afraid it would be noisy, but I didn't notice airplane noise in the room.
