Embassy Suites Bloomington

we stayed here for a wedding, inside was very nice and the room was spacious..

This hotel was easy to find and close to Ikea and the MOA. We stayed after a Twins game the bar was relaxing and the breakfast was quick and great.

Very clean and quiet! The hotel staff especially Laura in Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly! Went up to University of Minneapolis/St. Paul each day and the hotel was very conveniently located near the highway.

We love this hotel. Whether going as a couple or taking our kids along, it's always nice. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was awesome! The only downfall was there were so many people that the hot tub and pool were always full. Also they didn't enforce the adults only times for the pool and hot tub. There were tons of teenagers is the hot tub at 11pm. We will def. stay again!

My family and I are from Wisconsin. We came to Bloominton to visit the Mall of America. It took me a long time to find just the right hotel for 3 kids and 2 adults. My husband and I wanted a hot tub and the kids have to have a pool all while being able to sleep comfortably in a room together. While the hotel provided all of this to my family it was not without some bad spots! After spending all day at the mall we were excited to get to the room and relax. We drove around the hotel for 20 minutes trying to find a spot to park! We ended up parking in an adjacent parking lot. The hotel doesn't have near enough parking! We were very disappointed! The pool area was very nice and quite busy! After looking around at the 30 kids or so in the pool -- I counted 5 adults! The hot tub was full of children screaming and splashing with no adult supervision. Once again, very disappointed. My husband and I were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub while the kids played in the pool. On the good side, the breakfast was wonderful! Eat all you want for free. They also have a made to order omlet station! I would definitely stay here again. Maybe next time during the week to try to get away from the droves of children at the pool. Other than that the hotel was beautiful, clean, and a very good price!

The hotel was very nice. It has a relaxing lobby area, and the breakfast was great. The room was very nice and had pleanty of room. We will be staying here again.

We are not frequent travelers. We were not too impressed. Food was very good, room a little small, bathroom old and tiny, no working fan, and no windows to open. Rooms were stuffy.

The hotel and staff are 5 *. Food excellent and would never stay anywhere else but at an embassy suites hotel. Highly recommended

Good: Desk staff: excellent, a young lady found a room I really needed for our stay, I had made reservation but needed a change. Look at my check-in date and time, this young lady is better than good she is excellent, give her a raise. Yes a raise, she would be why I would come back. Find out what makes her Excellent at customer service and use her as a model of how to do things great. The suite was superb, I like the set up and how it is a true suite. Each section closed off by a door, as I needed to do early morning business and not disturb my son while he was sleeping. Just Ugly: Maid service peered into the door to see if we were out. Come on, communicate, what ever it takes, do not have a service come to the door and apologize for looking in. Good and would be Ugly: Good: My son and I had a father/son time to bond, you were chosen because of a number of things we look for in a Hotel. My wife would like many things about your accommodations also. Ugly: My wife would not like looking through the curtains and see someone in a forgein headdress and garment peering into her room to see if they could clean, come on would you? That would be the end of Embassey Suites and her families stay, no matter how good others things would be.
