Quick night before a flight
I was so very pleased with this hotel. The room was lovely with THE most comfortable bed and linens. I didn't check in until 9:30PM and checked out at 5:15AM, but in between that short window, I felt pampered.

bring your swimsuit
Great place to stay.. clean and quiet. There is a huge pool. I wish I had known this.. I would have brought my suit to swim laps! Yes, its that big, and it was empty.

A cozy hideaway
My first hotel stay in MN. The staff are so friendly, helpful and accomodating. Made me feel safe being a single traveler. Very convenient shuttle services to the airport and MOA.

Crowne Plaza
Room was spotless and the bed heavenly. I didn't want to leave the room I was so comfortable. Really enjoyed the HUGE HD TV!

Very Service oriented and friendly hotel
I wanted to see the Mall of America and the hotel had a courtesy van from the hotel to the airport and Mall The Van driver picked me up at the hotel and knew I did not have much time so he brought me directly to the Mall and held my bags locked up at the hotel When i arrived at the hotel the bar staff was friendly My room was oversized with a large big screened flat screened TV and much more

Fit For A King
My experience was great the ladies at the front desk treated me like a king even when a minor error was made at check in they corrected it and everything was great!!!!!!!!!!!

Weekend Getaway
On personal experiences at the Crowne Hotel, it was a great place for a weekend getaway. The room was really nice and clean. The bed was really comfortable along with the comfy pillows and clean white sheets. The flat screen T.V. was great and big. The sofa with the foot stool can in very handy after a long shopping day at Mall of America. Although, there was construction being done on the side of the building I was staying at and sometimes I felt their was not any privacy. Also, the door at which I parked my car had many bugs all around it. It was disgusting. Other than that, everything was great.

Traveller Friendly
