Weekend getaway
The room was clean, the lavender spray was a nice touch as well as the 42 inch plasma. The bathroom had a separate vanity area which is good but the actual bathroom was very small. Took the hotel shuttle to the mall for shopping and again to the light rail train to the Metrodome. Would recommend that route rather than driving yourself to the Downtown area. The hotel bar was a disappointment. Drinks were spendy and they were watered down. Didn't even attempt the food based on the drinks experience. Would I stay here again? Yes, knowing what to expect.

All very freindly and clean accomidations.
We were very happy with our stay. Staff were freindly and helpful. Rooms were clean and appliances were very nice. Kids wanted to take TV home. Pool and spa was clean and relaxing. Would go back next time we shop or go to the vikings game.

very comfortable and very clean

Great place to stay

Loved the Modern Look/Feel
I loved how everything was so modern looking. Especially loved the Flatscreen TV in our room! The pool was viewable when walking to your room, the hotel restaurant/bar had an awesome fireplace... everything just made you want to be there.

Great amenities and upgrades
Loved the upgrades...flat screen tv, down pillows and comforters. The fitness room had great high-end equipment. The pool was much larger than most hotels. The gift bag that awaited us in the room, filled with a sleeping mask, linen spray, ear plugs was a nice touch. The room was a little small for four people. I would highly recommend this hotel to others who are visiting the Mall of America.

smoke free and beautiful!!
This hotel is clean and beautiful!! The bonus is that it's smoke free! Everything smells new! The contemporary design of the furnishings is very comfortable. The large TV was a hit! We had a wonderful stay, and highly reccomend your hotel.

My sister's and I were very pleased with the hotel and it's accommodations. They staff was very friendly upon arrival and informative of all the amenities. The rooms were clean. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. We especially enjoyed the relaxing CD and lavender linen spray. We look forward to staying again.

great amenities & luxury for price
I was impressed with the hotel for the price. Very nice amenities: ie; complimentary Starbucks coffee, newspaper, shuttle to airport, business ctr., sleepaid luxury am- enities. Service was great and room/bed was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

great place
the reception clers were very freindly and cordial. our hotel is close to the mall but somewhat hard to find. the room setting is classy for the price. the toilet seat was icky. thats the only complain i have. there was a dark stain that needed some replacement.
